I scheduled an appointment online, and received confirmation of the time and date. The associate was on time and completed every issue (in a timely matter) that I pointed out with my garage door. I’m satisfied with the work and the costumer service that was provided. I would definitely recommend to friends and family

The technician who came out and assessed our garage door and then came out and fixed it was wonderful. I knew that we were getting a snowstorm and our garage door was stuck open and they came out very quickly and replaced everything that needed to be replaced and it was absolutely wonderful. He was very kind, courteous, and even spray the base of my garage door so it didn’t stick in the snow and ice. I would definitely use you guys in the future and I wish I would have got the technicians name and tipped him if I could. He serviced our garage a few days ago in Hopkinsville Kentucky so if you know who it is, give that young man a raise.

Got back home from work to a garage that wasn't closing and I could tell the repair wasn't going to be a DIY. David M got there within 15-20 min with a great attitude and customer service. Garage door was back in business in like 30 min and we were explained all the questions we didn't know how to ask. All of this after hours, so very thankful for David coming out to assist.

My garage door chain spocket broke off yesterday. I called Blue Jay Garage Doors this morning and Matt was at my house this afternoon. Within a couple of hours, Matt did an awesome job of getting my garage working better than before. Price was great for what needed to ne done. I was going to wait until the actual installation of the garage door but I have to say even before they had done...I love blue jay. I had a brand new garage door installed by a different company about 3 years ago and blue Jay has been out to repair the disaster of that garage door and it has already come time to replace it. Because it was such a train wreck. And I just know that blue j is very prompt, very professional and very pleasant. I'm quite sure you're gonna hear a whole lot more good stuff when the new garage door is installed. My confidence in them can't get any higher.
