We were having issues with our garage door working properly. We called Blue Jay first because of the wonderful reviews and I can honestly say we were not disappointed. We called on Thursday afternoon and Tyler D. came out first thing Friday morning right on time. I appreciated the text with his name and picture so I knew who to watch for. They even sent a text with name and picture of the garage door specialist. Caleb was very professional and completed the work efficiently. Excellent service, super fast, super prompt and professional, nothing but good things to say. Firstly the other repair company's I tried to reach were all unable to visit in less then 7-10 days, these guys had someone out here same day, with lots of communications to confirm ETA via text and email. Lastly, the young man Justin who was dispatched was fantastic, he had us all fixed in very short order and helped us get back to work. Great Hire with this one.
