One of our garage springs broke and we were unable to open the garage door. We called Blue Jay in the morning and they had a team scheduled to come out the same day at 3. They actually showed up earlier and had everything completed within an hour. Jeremy and Chase were both professional. We highly recommend them if you need work completed on your garage.

Deion replaced two garage door springs for me. An absolute professional, came out next day following a holiday and was right on time. Performed expert level repairs, inspected my doors, offered maintenance tips, and had the necessary parts already loaded in his service truck. Exceptional service, a fair price, and took payment on the spot. I would absolutely recommend and will call them again for any overhead door needs.

I called them yesterday at noon and they had a gentleman at my house by 130. Chase gave me a no BS motor situation. They were able to come out the next day and install a new one. Took a little over an hour. I would definitely recommend them.

Unfortunately we had a spring break in our original garage door and needed quick resolution. We contacted them at 6 am and had an appointment for the same day. The tech was on-site and hour and a half early. Super pleasant, very knowledgeable and professional. He had back up and running smoothly in no time. All the parts and hardware were stocked in his truck. We did upgrade the rollers because the difference in material was far superior to what was originally installed. If you're looking for an honest, hardworking and fair company to help you with anything garage door related look no further.
