I called on 31 Oct 2024 to inquire about the $99 tune-up special that was advertised on Facebook because my 16X10 garage door was mis-aligned and binding. Chase came to my house the next day, adjusted the door, and lubricated all the hinges and rollers. It works great again! I highly recommend Blue Jay Garage Doors for all your garage door needs.

Unfortunately we had a spring break in our original garage door and needed quick resolution. We contacted them at 6 am and had an appointment for the same day. The tech was on-site and hour and a half early. Super pleasant, very knowledgeable and professional. He had back up and running smoothly in no time. All the parts and hardware were stocked in his truck. We did upgrade the rollers because the difference in material was far superior to what was originally installed.
