David took care of my garage door needs 11/25. He explained the process and was very clear, professional, polite and precise. He gave me pointers on what I might need down the line vs in the near future and what can be handled through blue jay. He well represented the company.

Adam from Blue Jay Garage Doors absolutely saved my hide. I needed a threshold seal and an oversized bottom seal for my garage door before the weather turned, and nobody in the area—including Lowe’s and Home Depot—had the right lengths or the right style. My old bottom seal was about 20 years old and long overdue for replacement, and I was running out of options. Their AI assistant was helpful too — you just have to be patient with it. It will get one of their reps in touch with you and keep you updated with text messages or emails. Adam came through with exactly what I needed. Because of him, my garage door is sealed up tight and my home is protected from the cold. I can’t thank Adam and the Blue Jay team enough — they genuinely saved us from some rough weather. Highly recommend!

Matt was very helpful and a true professional. He did a PM on my old doors and gave me a quote on new insulated doors, opener, and all the options which I will use to plan for later this summer. Very pleased and will definitely recommend.

1st off "Lonie or Lenny" the guy that took my call great job on the phone. You took my call heard my situation and told me that you have some there by 2pm or 4pm. but if you can get some there earlier you would. i greatly appreciated that. no sooner that i hung up the phone 15 min Kevin showed up. i was like flipping sweet. Kevin was great listen to what i had to say looked at the situation and said here is what i "can do". which made appreciate what he was saying. lots of company say what they "will do" like i don't have a choice. but blue jays price was reasonable and Kevin got to work. I was not getting up sold or getting we have a better part and charge me. nope he came ready and now one of my garage are fixed and my son could make his 3pm class.. I had two men show up to install my garage door opener and make sure my garage door was working properly. It was JJ &Skyler that is the only two I want working on my garage doors. The men were polite, respectful and had a great attitude. They went right to work and got in done quickly. The work was clean and professional. Answered all my questions. It’s good to see some younger people taking pride in their work and what the finished job looks like. Those two is going to make someone a lot of money and customer referrals.
