We are looking for people who enjoy solving problems, learning new skills and taking care of customers.
Pay range: $40K–$150K, primarily commissions. Full-time work in Clarksville, Tennessee and the surrounding areas. Compensation includes piece pay and a high-potential commission structure.
Help homeowners solve garage door problems, explain their options and complete service and repair work. You will travel to service calls across our coverage area, combine technical skill with customer education and represent Blue Jay with integrity and respect. The role calls for an organized, efficient and confident approach.

Install garage doors with care and attention to detail. You will solve installation problems, help customers understand maintenance and upgrade options and provide the friendly, professional service homeowners expect from Blue Jay.
We support our technicians and installers with the equipment, safety standards and development opportunities they need to do good work.
Applicants for our full-time field roles should be ready for hands-on work and dependable customer service.
