I was looking for upgraded springs for my garage door so it could open and close easier. Blue jay sent out an AMAZING technician name "David Maray"! He was very knowledgeable and explained the pros and cons to the different spring options they sold. He also explained the warranty process. Sales were never pushed on me! I felt like he actually cared about my needs and what I was looking for! I appreciate this company for hiring people that are REAL people and not predatory sales people who try to constantly upsell! I overall a great experience dealing with this company!

I was so happy to get same day service. I had a gap under my garage door and I wanted it fixed before the rain tomorrow. They worked with me and my schedule. Caleb was great. He was friendly, he gave me my quote and explained everything. There was no pressure to buy anything additional than what I needed, which I really appreciated. We accidentally backed into our garage door at 4:30pm, trapping our car inside. I called Blue Jay and made an appt with the automated system for the next day. Thirty minutes later the office called and had Caleb at our house at 6. By 6:30 pm Caleb had gotten our door open and my car freed, with a promise of an estimate the next day for order of needed parts and full repair. Phenomenal service! Thanks Blue Jay and Caleb!!
