Can’t say enough good things about Chase and Blue Jay. I had a pretty serious issue with my garage door this week and with the cold weather coming it was important to get it fixed. Chase came out Monday and assessed the situation and even helped me out with a temporary fix to make sure my door sealed to keep the cold out. The nice he got the parts he had me on the schedule and was out exactly when he said he would be and had it fixed in no time and for a more than fair price. Chase really knows his stuff and even gave me some tips to help my door not only stay quiet but last longer. Again thanks again for all your help I’d give you 10 stars if I could.

Great customer service! We contacted Blue Jay when our garage door started cracking in half. They came out quickly and gave a full run down on what was going on. The technician also gave us many options for repair based off what all we wanted to do (fix just the one door, get the other one replaced to match, get new openers, etc). We ended up going with replacing everything since they were running a great sale on some of the doors. Unfortunately, those doors that were on sale didn’t fit. However, the company still honored the sale price with the correct size doors. The other team came out and installed everything quickly and explained it all afterwards. This company goes above and beyond to meet customers needs. Highly recommend!!

I put a maintenance order in for my garage door with my landlord, the first guy that came out was dressed in regular street clothes, looked at both sides of the garage door, looked at the cable that was broken, and then he left. A little on down the road Caleb shows up from Blue Jays and he handles the business! 25 minutes tops my garage door was working and I had a new garage key fob. Thank you Caleb from Blue Jays garage for coming to fix my garage door, you were fast and you knew your job! I'll recommend Blue Jays to anyone that needs their garage repaired.

Getting the garage door repaired was such a breeze. Called late in the afternoon and got an appointment the next day. Caleb and David arrived promptly at the scheduled time, gave honest feedback for what needed to be replaced, and show us various pricing options. Had the pleasure of meeting Jeremy today! Such a sweet & helpful guy! I felt so bad for him as he worked hard in this heat to have my garage door working like new again! Came around lunch time & left around 1ish (he was fast!) He also taught me a thing or two, so now I feel like I’m a pro! LOL. He definitely didn’t try to sell us any other parts, just exactly what we needed & will need in the future! I really did love him!!
