The technician from Blue Jay Garage doors, Matt identified the problems and was able to explain it to us so we (my wife and I) can make an informed decision the repair process. Best of all, Matt and his supervisor Leon, were able to replace all the cables and springs that were causing the problems the same day. Great job, loved it.

Just before the thanksgiving holidays I was having alignment issues with the sensors. Google brought me to blue jay who sent out Caleb that same day and got my door back up and running same day. Fast forward a few weeks and the door began having a separate issue that I was worried might be related to I called blue jay back, who were able to get Caleb back to look at it that same day.
