We accidentally backed into our garage door at 4:30pm, trapping our car inside. I called Blue Jay and made an appt with the automated system for the next day. Thirty minutes later the office called and had Caleb at our house at 6. By 6:30 pm Caleb had gotten our door open and my car freed, with a promise of an estimate the next day for order of needed parts and full repair. Phenomenal service! Thanks Blue Jay and Caleb!!

The technician was courteous and professional. He explained exactly how a garage door motor, rollers and springs work. He reviewed with me all the options available to me without any opinion.

I was looking for upgraded springs for my garage door so it could open and close easier. Blue jay sent out an AMAZING technician name "David Maray"! He was very knowledgeable and explained the pros and cons to the different spring options they sold. He also explained the warranty process. Sales were never pushed on me! I felt like he actually cared about my needs and what I was looking for! I appreciate this company for hiring people that are REAL people and not predatory sales people who try to constantly upsell! I overall a great experience dealing with this company!

I reached out to Blue Jay on a Wednesday and I had an appointment Friday morning. Their on-line schedule system was the easiest I've ever dealt with, no hassle, no up-selling it was simple. Jeremy showed up on time and was pleasant and professional at 8am. He quickly diagnosed the issue and within an hour he was done. We had great conversation and shared a couple of stories. He's a great asset to your company. I'll definitely call you guys again, it's a 10/10 recommendation.

Both gentlemen were so professional and helped repair my garage door the best they could in the meantime until parts came in. They were so friendly with my corgi as well! This was all done while it was raining and I was their last client of the day. Couldn’t recommend highly enough! Thank you
