I was so happy to get same day service. I had a gap under my garage door and I wanted it fixed before the rain tomorrow. They worked with me and my schedule. Caleb was great. He was friendly, he gave me my quote and explained everything. There was no pressure to buy anything additional than what I needed, which I really appreciated. I have done everything I know and my garage wasn’t functioning properly. The technician from Blue Jay Garage doors, Matt identified the problems and was able to explain it to us so we (my wife and I) can make an informed decision the repair process. Best of all, Matt and his supervisor Leon, were able to replace all the cables and springs that were causing the problems the same day. Great job, loved it.

I called blue Jay garage doors to come to m I house to fix a faulty door. They advised me my garage opener is old and poor quality. I agreed to replace my garage opener and add stronger a springs. I was looking for upgraded springs for my garage door so it could open and close easier. Blue jay sent out an AMAZING technician name "David Maray"! He was very knowledgeable and explained the pros and cons to the different spring options they sold. He also explained the warranty process. Sales were never pushed on me! I felt like he actually cared about my needs and what I was looking for! I appreciate this company for hiring people that are REAL people and not predatory sales people who try to constantly upsell! I overall a great experience dealing with this company!

Once again, Blue Jay saved the day! Only a minor technical issue quickly resolved much to my satisfaction.

Adam from Blue Jay Garage Doors absolutely saved my hide. I needed a threshold seal and an oversized bottom seal for my garage door before the weather turned, and nobody in the area—including Lowe’s and Home Depot—had the right lengths or the right style. My old bottom seal was about 20 years old and long overdue for replacement, and I was running out of options. Their AI assistant was helpful too — you just have to be patient with it. It will get one of their reps in touch with you and keep you updated with text messages or emails. Adam came through with exactly what I needed. Because of him, my garage door is sealed up tight and my home is protected from the cold. I can’t thank Adam and the Blue Jay team enough — they genuinely saved us from some rough weather. Highly recommend!
