Adam from Blue Jay Garage Doors absolutely saved my hide. I needed a threshold seal and an oversized bottom seal for my garage door before the weather turned, and nobody in the area—including Lowe’s and Home Depot—had the right lengths or the right style. My old bottom seal was about 20 years old and long overdue for replacement, and I was running out of options. Their AI assistant was helpful too — you just have to be patient with it. It will get one of their reps in touch with you and keep you updated with text messages or emails. Adam came through with exactly what I needed. Because of him, my garage door is sealed up tight and my home is protected from the cold. I can’t thank Adam and the Blue Jay team enough — they genuinely saved us from some rough weather. Highly recommend!

I was looking for upgraded springs for my garage door so it could open and close easier. Blue jay sent out an AMAZING technician name "David Maray"! He was very knowledgeable and explained the pros and cons to the different spring options they sold. He also explained the warranty process. Sales were never pushed on me! I felt like he actually cared about my needs and what I was looking for! I appreciate this company for hiring people that are REAL people and not predatory sales people who try to constantly upsell! I overall a great experience dealing with this company!

Got back home from work to a garage that wasn't closing and I could tell the repair wasn't going to be a DIY. David M got there within 15-20 min with a great attitude and customer service. Garage door was back in business in like 30 min and we were explained all the questions we didn't know how to ask. All of this after hours, so very thankful for David coming out to assist.

From the very start Blue Jay was very professional. The salesman helped us decide on the best garage door for our needs and what my husband wanted 😀. The installation team also very professional. They arrived early, installed the door and showed me everything before leaving. I high to recommend Blue Jay and definitely will be using them again.

Just before the thanksgiving holidays I was having alignment issues with the sensors. Google brought me to blue jay who sent out Caleb that same day and got my door back up and running same day. Fast forward a few weeks and the door began having a separate issue that I was worried might be related to I called blue jay back, who were able to get Caleb back to look at it that same day. He gave it a thorough look and was able to make a small correction. Can’t speak highly enough of the great service and work he did

We accidentally backed into our garage door at 4:30pm, trapping our car inside. I called Blue Jay and made an appt with the automated system for the next day. Thirty minutes later the office called and had Caleb at our house at 6. By 6:30 pm Caleb had gotten our door open and my car freed, with a promise of an estimate the next day for order of needed parts and full repair. Phenomenal service! Thanks Blue Jay and Caleb!!
