I contacted Blue Jay because my garage door was making a popping noise when I opened the door and I was concerned it might be weakening in one of the panels. The technician came out the same day and was able to pinpoint the issue and had it fixed in minutes. I was so happy I requested he oil all the springs and rollers and it’s as quiet as the day it was installed.

Caleb came over. Very professional. Got our garage fixed in good time. Honest company with honest prices. Another company the day before tried to say it would cost over 3x what Caleb quoted today. So thankful to have an honest company doing their work without price gouging.

1st off "Lonie or Lenny" the guy that took my call great job on the phone. You took my call heard my situation and told me that you have some there by 2pm or 4pm. but if you can get some there earlier you would. i greatly appreciated that. no sooner that i hung up the phone 15 min Kevin showed up. i was like flipping sweet. Kevin was great listen to what i had to say looked at the situation and said here is what i "can do". which made appreciate what he was saying. lots of company say what they "will do" like i don't have a choice. but blue jays price was reasonable and Kevin got to work. I was not getting up sold or getting we have a better part and charge me. nope he came ready and now one of my garage are fixed and my son could make his 3pm class.. The technician who came out and assessed our garage door and then came out and fixed it was wonderful. I knew that we were getting a snowstorm and our garage door was stuck open and they came out very quickly and replaced everything that needed to be replaced and it was absolutely wonderful. He was very kind, courteous, and even spray the base of my garage door so it didn’t stick in the snow and ice. I would definitely use you guys in the future and I wish I would have got the technicians name and tipped him if I could. He serviced our garage a few days ago in Hopkinsville Kentucky so if you know who it is, give that young man a raise.

Excellent service. I had a broken torsion spring and got it fixed within hours of calling. Tyler Davis did the install and was both personable and professional. I will be going with Blue Jay in the future.

Five freaking stars, man. Mr. Kevin explained what may be going on with our persnickety garage door almost as soon as he got here. He was clear and to the point, which inspired a great deal of confidence. Fifteen minutes after he got here, the repair was completed AND cheaper than expected due to him mentioning offered discounts. Ten out of ten, will definently call these guys again.
