Jeremy showed up on time and was pleasant and professional at 8am. He quickly diagnosed the issue and within an hour he was done. We had great conversation and shared a couple of stories. The reps showed up when scheduled and checked all possible causes for my garage door malfunction. Of course the door would not malfunction while they were there. But they narrowed the potential causes down to the card in the opener. It must have had a pickup. Ill keep an eye on it. Great job analyzing the problem.
