After knocking my garage door off track the week of Thanksgiving my circumstances looked bleak. Blue Jay went above and beyond when sent their tech David out within a few hours. David knocked it out of the park and had us up and running within an hour of showing up. Very knowledgeable and professional.

I have done everything I know and my garage wasn’t functioning properly. The technician from Blue Jay Garage doors, Matt identified the problems and was able to explain it to us so we (my wife and I) can make an informed decision the repair process. Best of all, Matt and his supervisor Leon, were able to replace all the cables and springs that were causing the problems the same day. Great job, loved it.

The technician who came out and assessed our garage door and then came out and fixed it was wonderful. I knew that we were getting a snowstorm and our garage door was stuck open and they came out very quickly and replaced everything that needed to be replaced and it was absolutely wonderful. He was very kind, courteous, and even spray the base of my garage door so it didn’t stick in the snow and ice. I would definitely use you guys in the future and I wish I would have got the technicians name and tipped him if I could. He serviced our garage a few days ago in Hopkinsville Kentucky so if you know who it is, give that young man a raise.

Had an issue with my door where it would not completely close or open. Caleb G arrived and found my old Marantec door opener was not working properly. I checked out the new lift master model and purchased it. Caleb then immediately replaced my broken model with the new model. I contacted Blue Jay because my garage door was making a popping noise when I opened the door and I was concerned it might be weakening in one of the panels. The technician came out the same day and was able to pinpoint the issue and had it fixed in minutes.
