I had my garage door opener and safety sensors replaced by Jeremy. He was quick and efficient and gave me a great quote right up front. He was very knowledgeable as well, giving me a thorough walkthrough of the do’s and don’ts with my garage door to help me maintain it and keep it operating safely. 10/10 for Blue Jay!

Awesome customer service, technician very knowledgeable and very nice and was able to explain everything. Called today they were out within an hour and they had fixed my garage door opener within the next hour. I would definitely recommend Bluejay garage doors.

Can’t say enough good things about Chase and Blue Jay. I had a pretty serious issue with my garage door this week and with the cold weather coming it was important to get it fixed. Chase came out Monday and assessed the situation and even helped me out with a temporary fix to make sure my door sealed to keep the cold out. The nice he got the parts he had me on the schedule and was out exactly when he said he would be and had it fixed in no time and for a more than fair price. Chase really knows his stuff and even gave me some tips to help my door not only stay quiet but last longer. Again thanks again for all your help I’d give you 10 stars if I could.

Great customer service! We contacted Blue Jay when our garage door started cracking in half. They came out quickly and gave a full run down on what was going on. The technician also gave us many options for repair based off what all we wanted to do (fix just the one door, get the other one replaced to match, get new openers, etc). We ended up going with replacing everything since they were running a great sale on some of the doors. Unfortunately, those doors that were on sale didn’t fit. However, the company still honored the sale price with the correct size doors. The other team came out and installed everything quickly and explained it all afterwards. This company goes above and beyond to meet customers needs. Highly recommend!!

Jeremy is wonderful. I learned more about garage doors than I thought was possible. I didn't think there was anything wrong with my doors but decided it is never a bad idea to get things checked out BEFORE they start falling apart ( guess it's the nurse in me). My garage doors have been up about 12 yrs with no "cheçkups". Jeremy explained about the importance of keeping springs, hinges and bearings lubricated about two times a year. Luckily nothing major needed fixing but now I know what to look for when things don't work right. Thanks Jeremy for checking everything and explaining in a way that I could understand. Had the pleasure of meeting Jeremy today! Such a sweet & helpful guy! I felt so bad for him as he worked hard in this heat to have my garage door working like new again! Came around lunch time & left around 1ish (he was fast!) He also taught me a thing or two, so now I feel like I’m a pro! LOL. He definitely didn’t try to sell us any other parts, just exactly what we needed & will need in the future! I really did love him!!

Blue Jay Garage Doors. This was absolutely a professional and positive experience. My garage door stopped working, I called and within 48hours the tech was on his way. He replaced the old 50 year old motor and installed an upgrade. He worked clean and he communicated clearly all the issues with solutions. Fantastic people skills. Great service, I will definitely recommend you to anyone who needs it! When I called, the availability was surprisingly good and the inspection was free. Knowing absolutely nothing about garage doors I had to go down the rabbit hole to see if their estimates were convenient for us, which they absolutely were! Although, truth be told, whenever a company provides an inspection for free, I tend to be biased in the most positive way to keep working with them. How could you not? But both Chase and Caleb G were professional, thorough, and just left a good impression overall about trusting this company. I really hope Blue Jay is caring for them just like they cared for their business!
