Technician arrived when he was scheduled for, with text notifications prior to his arrival. He came in, assess the issue, and completed repairs in a professional and timely matter.

Caleb arrives on time. He is easy to work with and always gets to work right away. He clearly explains what needs to be done and the cost. Caleb also checked the rest of the door to make sure there were no other potential problems, tightening, oiling,,,to keep our garage door in good working order. Thank you, Caleb.

When the spring of my garage door broke I needed it fixed quick and blue jay garage doors was able to get me fixed the very next day. The appointment reservation was very smooth and Caleb showed up right on time. He was great and explaining everything and then showing me the range of options for the repair, with the zero pressure to upsell on anything. Didn't take him long at all, was able to fix everything. I have done everything I know and my garage wasn’t functioning properly. The technician from Blue Jay Garage doors, Matt identified the problems and was able to explain it to us so we (my wife and I) can make an informed decision the repair process. Best of all, Matt and his supervisor Leon, were able to replace all the cables and springs that were causing the problems the same day. Great job, loved it.
