Jeremy is wonderful. I learned more about garage doors than I thought was possible. I didn't think there was anything wrong with my doors but decided it is never a bad idea to get things checked out BEFORE they start falling apart ( guess it's the nurse in me). My garage doors have been up about 12 yrs with no "cheçkups". Jeremy explained about the importance of keeping springs, hinges and bearings lubricated about two times a year. Luckily nothing major needed fixing but now I know what to look for when things don't work right. Thanks Jeremy for checking everything and explaining in a way that I could understand. I called on 31 Oct 2024 to inquire about the $99 tune-up special that was advertised on Facebook because my 16X10 garage door was mis-aligned and binding.
