I contacted the company at 3:30 pm today and was given a timeframe from 4-6pm today. David Murray and Justin showed up at 4:25pm. When I say these men were awesome, attentive and understanding. I would like to thank Blue Jay Garage Doors for their above excellent service that was provided by by technician Caleb Garcia who arrived well ahead of the scheduled time. Mr. Garcia was polite, professional, respectful, knowledgeable, caring and demonstrated that he had years of experience when he addressed our situation. He took time to go over the situation, he took time to explain the problem and he not only addressed the problem, he explained how it was going to be fixed. He went over our garage door opener to make sure that it was functioning and that there was no additional issues with it as well. It’s because of technicians like Mr. Garcia that we see more trucks from Blue Jay Garage Doors in my neighborhood. Additionally, Mr. Garcia exhibited extremely exceptional customer service skills that sets the company above many in the garage door business. Customer service is a HUGE part of make or break, select a company or not and I’ll say that this company and Mr. Garcia exceeded this by more than 100%. He’s a keeper and so is this company. Even when I called the office to schedule the appointment, the person answering the phone was top notch in answering the phone, listening to the issue and providing me with information as to how quickly the company could respond and get my issue resolved. Tyler showed up and quickly got the garage door working within an hour after I initially called. He took measurements for a panel replacement and was extremely knowledgeable. Excellent service!

Accidentally backed into garage door. Called Blue Sky and Caleb came out within two hours. Put door back on its track. And made sure it was safe. Caleb was the utmost professional and helpful and explained everything. Awesome.

Matt was very helpful and a true professional. He did a PM on my old doors and gave me a quote on new insulated doors, opener, and all the options which I will use to plan for later this summer. Very pleased and will definitely recommend.

Just before the thanksgiving holidays I was having alignment issues with the sensors. Google brought me to blue jay who sent out Caleb that same day and got my door back up and running same day. Fast forward a few weeks and the door began having a separate issue that I was worried might be related to I called blue jay back, who were able to get Caleb back to look at it that same day. He gave it a thorough look and was able to make a small correction. Can’t speak highly enough of the great service and work he did

These guys are actually great. The whole experience is easy. Book appt online, they show up next day, they found the problem, didn’t try to upsell me, gave me three reasonable price options, work done same day. Easy. My kind of place and will be using them again.

He was knowledgeable, patient, and gave us the best advice for what truly made sense for our home. We upgraded our devices and I couldn’t be happier! Even after the installation, I accidentally factory reset the entire garage system, and Caleb still came back out to check everything and get it fixed without hesitation.
