We accidentally backed into our garage door at 4:30pm, trapping our car inside. I called Blue Jay and made an appt with the automated system for the next day. Thirty minutes later the office called and had Caleb at our house at 6. By 6:30 pm Caleb had gotten our door open and my car freed, with a promise of an estimate the next day for order of needed parts and full repair. Phenomenal service! Thanks Blue Jay and Caleb!!

The reps showed up when scheduled and checked all possible causes for my garage door malfunction. Of course the door would not malfunction while they were there. But they narrowed the potential causes down to the card in the opener. It must have had a pickup. Ill keep an eye on it. Great job analyzing the problem.

I called Blue Jay garage door company to repair my garage door after the big storm.From the phone call to the day of service,every one was top shelf.They showed up on time and got straight to work.The technicians Cordell and Jeff did a great job and answered all my concerns.I will use them again if need be.

I bought a garage door opener remote, and could not get it programmed myself. The good folks at Bluejay garage doors came out and programmed it for me at no extra charge!

I was looking for upgraded springs for my garage door so it could open and close easier. Blue jay sent out an AMAZING technician name "David Maray"! He was very knowledgeable and explained the pros and cons to the different spring options they sold. He also explained the warranty process. Sales were never pushed on me! I felt like he actually cared about my needs and what I was looking for! I appreciate this company for hiring people that are REAL people and not predatory sales people who try to constantly upsell! I overall a great experience dealing with this company!
