Garage Door Repair in Whites Creek, TN

I contacted the company at 3:30 pm today and was given a timeframe from 4-6pm today. David Murray and Justin showed up at 4:25pm. When I say these men were awesome, attentive and understanding. I would like to thank Blue Jay Garage Doors for their above excellent service that was provided by by technician Caleb Garcia who arrived well ahead of the scheduled time. Mr. Garcia was polite, professional, respectful, knowledgeable, caring and demonstrated that he had years of experience when he addressed our situation. He took time to go over the situation, he took time to explain the problem and he not only addressed the problem, he explained how it was going to be fixed. He went over our garage door opener to make sure that it was functioning and that there was no additional issues with it as well. It’s because of technicians like Mr. Garcia that we see more trucks from Blue Jay Garage Doors in my neighborhood. Additionally, Mr. Garcia exhibited extremely exceptional customer service skills that sets the company above many in the garage door business. Customer service is a HUGE part of make or break, select a company or not and I’ll say that this company and Mr. Garcia exceeded this by more than 100%. He’s a keeper and so is this company. Even when I called the office to schedule the appointment, the person answering the phone was top notch in answering the phone, listening to the issue and providing me with information as to how quickly the company could respond and get my issue resolved. I called blue Jay garage doors to come to m I house to fix a faulty door. They advised me my garage opener is old and poor quality. I agreed to replace my garage opener and add stronger a springs. They did a beautiful job. Tyler and Caleb 2 of the most smart ,re spectfull , skilled men . I love my new garage opener fast and quiet.

Caleb from Blue Jay Garage was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was on time to the appointment and communicated the whole time.

We accidentally backed into our garage door at 4:30pm, trapping our car inside. I called Blue Jay and made an appt with the automated system for the next day. Thirty minutes later the office called and had Caleb at our house at 6. By 6:30 pm Caleb had gotten our door open and my car freed, with a promise of an estimate the next day for order of needed parts and full repair. Phenomenal service! Thanks Blue Jay and Caleb!!

Caleb came out not even an hour after we called, He did a great job! He was fast, professional and went above and beyond answering all our questions and hooked us up with a remote and even cleaned up the wiring. Highly recommended!

I had two men show up to install my garage door opener and make sure my garage door was working properly. It was JJ &Skyler that is the only two I want working on my garage doors. The men were polite, respectful and had a great attitude. They went right to work and got in done quickly. The work was clean and professional. Answered all my questions. It’s good to see some younger people taking pride in their work and what the finished job looks like. Those two is going to make someone a lot of money and customer referrals.

Just before the thanksgiving holidays I was having alignment issues with the sensors. Google brought me to blue jay who sent out Caleb that same day and got my door back up and running same day. Fast forward a few weeks and the door began having a separate issue that I was worried might be related to I called blue jay back, who were able to get Caleb back to look at it that same day. He gave it a thorough look and was able to make a small correction. Can’t speak highly enough of the great service and work he did
