I contacted the company at 3:30 pm today and was given a timeframe from 4-6pm today. David Murray and Justin showed up at 4:25pm. When I say these men were awesome, attentive and understanding. We accidentally backed into our garage door at 4:30pm, trapping our car inside. I called Blue Jay and made an appt with the automated system for the next day. Thirty minutes later the office called and had Caleb at our house at 6. Adam from Blue Jay Garage Doors absolutely saved my hide. I needed a threshold seal and an oversized bottom seal for my garage door before the weather turned, and nobody in the area—including Lowe’s and Home Depot—had the right lengths or the right style. My old bottom seal was about 20 years old and long overdue for replacement, and I was running out of options. Their AI assistant was helpful too — you just have to be patient with it. It will get one of their reps in touch with you and keep you updated with text messages or emails. Adam came through with exactly what I needed. Because of him, my garage door is sealed up tight and my home is protected from the cold. I can’t thank Adam and the Blue Jay team enough — they genuinely saved us from some rough weather. Highly recommend!

These guys are actually great. The whole experience is easy. Book appt online, they show up next day, they found the problem, didn’t try to upsell me, gave me three reasonable price options, work done same day. Easy. My kind of place and will be using them again.
