Garage Door Repair in 12 South, Nashville, TN

I was going to wait until the actual installation of the garage door but I have to say even before they had done...I love blue jay. I had a brand new garage door installed by a different company about 3 years ago and blue Jay has been out to repair the disaster of that garage door and it has already come time to replace it. Because it was such a train wreck. And I just know that blue j is very prompt, very professional and very pleasant. I'm quite sure you're gonna hear a whole lot more good stuff when the new garage door is installed. My confidence in them can't get any higher.

I called after waiting 3 weeks from another garage door company. Tech Kevin showed up within 2 hours of my call and had our garage fixed with a new spring within 30 mins. Technician arrived when he was scheduled for, with text notifications prior to his arrival. He came in, assess the issue, and completed repairs in a professional and timely matter.

Tyler came out to troubleshoot an issue with our garage door. The left side wasn't sitting flush with the floor. Within a few minutes he provided a diagnosis and cost. The repair work was done flawlessly. Tyler was super friendly and a pleasure to talk to.

Five freaking stars, man. Mr. Kevin explained what may be going on with our persnickety garage door almost as soon as he got here. He was clear and to the point, which inspired a great deal of confidence. Fifteen minutes after he got here, the repair was completed AND cheaper than expected due to him mentioning offered discounts. Ten out of ten, will definently call these guys again.
