Caleb G.- the man, the myth, the legend! I can’t express how grateful I am for his help. His customer service was outstanding from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, patient, and gave us the best advice for what truly made sense for our home. We upgraded our devices and I couldn’t be happier! Even after the installation, I accidentally factory reset the entire garage system, and Caleb still came back out to check everything and get it fixed without hesitation. Blue Jay Garage has been amazing throughout the whole process. Highly recommend Caleb and the entire team. I’d give them 1,000 stars if I could!

Just before the thanksgiving holidays I was having alignment issues with the sensors. Google brought me to blue jay who sent out Caleb that same day and got my door back up and running same day. Fast forward a few weeks and the door began having a separate issue that I was worried might be related to I called blue jay back, who were able to get Caleb back to look at it that same day. He gave it a thorough look and was able to make a small correction. Can’t speak highly enough of the great service and work he did

I was so happy to get same day service. I had a gap under my garage door and I wanted it fixed before the rain tomorrow. They worked with me and my schedule. Caleb was great. He was friendly, he gave me my quote and explained everything. There was no pressure to buy anything additional than what I needed, which I really appreciated. I called this morning and spoke to Angel about my garage door concern, and she fit me in the same day with an afternoon appointment. Tyler came out to assess a binding/slipping spring on one of my garage doors. He was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and thorough with his recommendations for my concern. Based on my interaction with Tyler, I went ahead and had him service my other garage door while he was at my house. After knocking my garage door off track the week of Thanksgiving my circumstances looked bleak. Blue Jay went above and beyond when sent their tech David out within a few hours. David knocked it out of the park and had us up and running within an hour of showing up. Very knowledgeable and professional.

I have done everything I know and my garage wasn’t functioning properly. The technician from Blue Jay Garage doors, Matt identified the problems and was able to explain it to us so we (my wife and I) can make an informed decision the repair process. Best of all, Matt and his supervisor Leon, were able to replace all the cables and springs that were causing the problems the same day. Great job, loved it.

I contacted the company at 3:30 pm today and was given a timeframe from 4-6pm today. David Murray and Justin showed up at 4:25pm. When I say these men were awesome, attentive and understanding. It was an unfortunate event that made me reach out to them but they made this process so easy and stressful free! Had an issue with my door where it would not completely close or open. Caleb G arrived and found my old Marantec door opener was not working properly. I checked out the new lift master model and purchased it. Caleb then immediately replaced my broken model with the new model. He did an excellent job with the install and was very precessional throughout the process. When / if my other door opener goes out, I would not hesitate to call Blue Jay Garage Doors for the service.
