Five freaking stars, man. Mr. Kevin explained what may be going on with our persnickety garage door almost as soon as he got here. He was clear and to the point, which inspired a great deal of confidence. Fifteen minutes after he got here, the repair was completed AND cheaper than expected due to him mentioning offered discounts. Ten out of ten, will definently call these guys again.

1st off "Lonie or Lenny" the guy that took my call great job on the phone. You took my call heard my situation and told me that you have some there by 2pm or 4pm. but if you can get some there earlier you would. i greatly appreciated that. no sooner that i hung up the phone 15 min Kevin showed up. i was like flipping sweet. Kevin was great listen to what i had to say looked at the situation and said here is what i "can do". which made appreciate what he was saying. lots of company say what they "will do" like i don't have a choice. but blue jays price was reasonable and Kevin got to work. I was not getting up sold or getting we have a better part and charge me. nope he came ready and now one of my garage are fixed and my son could make his 3pm class.. I appreciate the work Blue jay garage and Thank you for sending Kevin. Respectfully Mr. Jp

Caleb arrives on time. He is easy to work with and always gets to work right away. He clearly explains what needs to be done and the cost. Caleb also checked the rest of the door to make sure there were no other potential problems, tightening, oiling,,,to keep our garage door in good working order. Thank you, Caleb.

Had my garage door opener break down, so we upgraded to a new unit. Blue Jay did a great job and even helped me setup the new opener in the app.

David at Bill's garage door is the most experienced garage door repairman I have ever encountered. He arrived to our home exactly on time, called to let me know when he was on his way, and solved a garage door issue two other local companies couldnt figure out in less than 5 minutes......I will only call him in the future for any garage door issues we or any of my family/friends have. No run around, just honest work. Thank you David!!!

On my way out the door, I just so happened to see the company van parked across the street and initially expected to ask the young man a few questions about access issues, then set up an appointment for a later date. To my surprise, he was able to resolve the issues in less than 15 minutes tops. Will definitely look to this company for any future repairs or replacements.

The technician who came out and assessed our garage door and then came out and fixed it was wonderful. I knew that we were getting a snowstorm and our garage door was stuck open and they came out very quickly and replaced everything that needed to be replaced and it was absolutely wonderful. He was very kind, courteous, and even spray the base of my garage door so it didn’t stick in the snow and ice. I would definitely use you guys in the future and I wish I would have got the technicians name and tipped him if I could. He serviced our garage a few days ago in Hopkinsville Kentucky so if you know who it is, give that young man a raise.
