Caleb and Nicco were awesome! They came out in this sweltering heat and fixed my garage door. They were patient with me, answering all my questions and educating me on my options. When I finally replace this door I will be utilizing Blue Jay, as this experience was fantastic. 10/10 Highly Recommend

We were having issues with our garage door working properly. We called Blue Jay first because of the wonderful reviews and I can honestly say we were not disappointed. We called on Thursday afternoon and Tyler D. came out first thing Friday morning right on time. I appreciated the text with his name and picture so I knew who to watch for. Very good experience! Caleb came out and identified the problem as to why my garage door wouldn’t open. He explained what needed to be done and went over the different options with me and answered all my questions. He went to work and finished it in the time frame he mentioned. He went over the work and equipment with me before leaving and also did an estimate for a new door. Absolutely no issues at all. Will definitely use Blue Jay again for anything garage door if needed.

I called about a faulty opener, but after talking with Caleb, he suggested getting a newer model. The newer model has a lot of different upgrades and is so very quiet compared to the original one that I had! Caleb was very nice, very knowledgeable, and very efficient at getting the job done! Called Blue Jay Garage Doors today and they were able to have a specialist come out same day. Received text amd email updates regarding the appointment. They even sent a text with name and picture of the garage door specialist. Caleb was very professional and completed the work efficiently.
