My garage door chain spocket broke off yesterday. I called Blue Jay Garage Doors this morning and Matt was at my house this afternoon. Within a couple of hours, Matt did an awesome job of getting my garage working better than before. Price was great for what needed to ne done. I called this morning and spoke to Angel about my garage door concern, and she fit me in the same day with an afternoon appointment. Tyler came out to assess a binding/slipping spring on one of my garage doors. He was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and thorough with his recommendations for my concern. Based on my interaction with Tyler, I went ahead and had him service my other garage door while he was at my house. I am very pleased with the service I received, and highly recommend this company for all your garage door needs.

Awesome service, garage door wouldn't open, called and a service tech, Tyler Davis, came out same day and replaced opener and I couldn't be more pleased with his work. On my way out the door, I just so happened to see the company van parked across the street and initially expected to ask the young man a few questions about access issues, then set up an appointment for a later date. To my surprise, he was able to resolve the issues in less than 15 minutes tops. Will definitely look to this company for any future repairs or replacements.

The technician who came out and assessed our garage door and then came out and fixed it was wonderful. I knew that we were getting a snowstorm and our garage door was stuck open and they came out very quickly and replaced everything that needed to be replaced and it was absolutely wonderful. He was very kind, courteous, and even spray the base of my garage door so it didn’t stick in the snow and ice. I would definitely use you guys in the future and I wish I would have got the technicians name and tipped him if I could. He serviced our garage a few days ago in Hopkinsville Kentucky so if you know who it is, give that young man a raise.

I contacted Blue Jay because my garage door was making a popping noise when I opened the door and I was concerned it might be weakening in one of the panels. The technician came out the same day and was able to pinpoint the issue and had it fixed in minutes. I was so happy I requested he oil all the springs and rollers and it’s as quiet as the day it was installed.

When the spring of my garage door broke I needed it fixed quick and blue jay garage doors was able to get me fixed the very next day. The appointment reservation was very smooth and Caleb showed up right on time. He was great and explaining everything and then showing me the range of options for the repair, with the zero pressure to upsell on anything. Didn't take him long at all, was able to fix everything. With employees like Caleb, it's no wonder blue jay garage doors has such great reviews! I don't need garage service very often, but I know where I will go to from now on for it!
