Has an initial issue with door that was installed and my initial review reflected that. Owner called me and offered support in that area, made it right so I'm upgrading my review to 5 stars for amazing customer support. Highly recommend!

Accidentally backed into garage door. Called Blue Sky and Caleb came out within two hours. Put door back on its track. And made sure it was safe. Caleb was the utmost professional and helpful and explained everything. Awesome.

I can't say enough about this company and the prompt service on a SATURDAY!! Also, their professionalism! Ran over my garage door and tore the molding, they fixed what could be repaired and gave me a great quote for when the door fails and it will... eventually soooo... call them for all your garage door needs!! I had two men show up to install my garage door opener and make sure my garage door was working properly. It was JJ &Skyler that is the only two I want working on my garage doors. The men were polite, respectful and had a great attitude. They went right to work and got in done quickly. The work was clean and professional. Answered all my questions. It’s good to see some younger people taking pride in their work and what the finished job looks like. Those two is going to make someone a lot of money and customer referrals.

I reached out to Blue Jay on a Wednesday and I had an appointment Friday morning. Their on-line schedule system was the easiest I've ever dealt with, no hassle, no up-selling it was simple. Jeremy showed up on time and was pleasant and professional at 8am. He quickly diagnosed the issue and within an hour he was done. We had great conversation and shared a couple of stories. He's a great asset to your company. I'll definitely call you guys again, it's a 10/10 recommendation.
