When the spring of my garage door broke I needed it fixed quick and blue jay garage doors was able to get me fixed the very next day. The appointment reservation was very smooth and Caleb showed up right on time. He was great and explaining everything and then showing me the range of options for the repair, with the zero pressure to upsell on anything. Didn't take him long at all, was able to fix everything. With employees like Caleb, it's no wonder blue jay garage doors has such great reviews! I don't need garage service very often, but I know where I will go to from now on for it!

Five freaking stars, man. Mr. Kevin explained what may be going on with our persnickety garage door almost as soon as he got here. He was clear and to the point, which inspired a great deal of confidence. Fifteen minutes after he got here, the repair was completed AND cheaper than expected due to him mentioning offered discounts. Ten out of ten, will definently call these guys again.

Awesome service, garage door wouldn't open, called and a service tech, Tyler Davis, came out same day and replaced opener and I couldn't be more pleased with his work. Top Notch Fast Efficient and Courteous

Technician arrived when he was scheduled for, with text notifications prior to his arrival. He came in, assess the issue, and completed repairs in a professional and timely matter.

These guys are responsive, attentive, and thorough! Actually spoke to the owner, and he had a tech out within the hour! The tech was professional, and answered all my questions. Repaired my door in less than 30 minutes!

1st off "Lonie or Lenny" the guy that took my call great job on the phone. You took my call heard my situation and told me that you have some there by 2pm or 4pm. but if you can get some there earlier you would. i greatly appreciated that. no sooner that i hung up the phone 15 min Kevin showed up. i was like flipping sweet. Kevin was great listen to what i had to say looked at the situation and said here is what i "can do". which made appreciate what he was saying. lots of company say what they "will do" like i don't have a choice. but blue jays price was reasonable and Kevin got to work. I was not getting up sold or getting we have a better part and charge me. nope he came ready and now one of my garage are fixed and my son could make his 3pm class.. They were a great place to work with when purchasing & installing my door, & I continue to go back to them for regular maintenance.
