1st off "Lonie or Lenny" the guy that took my call great job on the phone. You took my call heard my situation and told me that you have some there by 2pm or 4pm. but if you can get some there earlier you would. i greatly appreciated that. no sooner that i hung up the phone 15 min Kevin showed up. i was like flipping sweet. Kevin was great listen to what i had to say looked at the situation and said here is what i "can do". which made appreciate what he was saying. lots of company say what they "will do" like i don't have a choice. but blue jays price was reasonable and Kevin got to work. I was not getting up sold or getting we have a better part and charge me. nope he came ready and now one of my garage are fixed and my son could make his 3pm class.. Tyler came out to assess a binding/slipping spring on one of my garage doors. He was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and thorough with his recommendations for my concern. When the spring of my garage door broke I needed it fixed quick and blue jay garage doors was able to get me fixed the very next day. The appointment reservation was very smooth and Caleb showed up right on time. He was great and explaining everything and then showing me the range of options for the repair, with the zero pressure to upsell on anything. Didn't take him long at all, was able to fix everything. On my way out the door, I just so happened to see the company van parked across the street and initially expected to ask the young man a few questions about access issues, then set up an appointment for a later date. To my surprise, he was able to resolve the issues in less than 15 minutes tops. Will definitely look to this company for any future repairs or replacements.
