When the spring of my garage door broke I needed it fixed quick and blue jay garage doors was able to get me fixed the very next day. The appointment reservation was very smooth and Caleb showed up right on time. He was great and explaining everything and then showing me the range of options for the repair, with the zero pressure to upsell on anything. Didn't take him long at all, was able to fix everything. With employees like Caleb, it's no wonder blue jay garage doors has such great reviews! I don't need garage service very often, but I know where I will go to from now on for it!

Top Notch Fast Efficient and Courteous

I was going to wait until the actual installation of the garage door but I have to say even before they had done...I love blue jay. I had a brand new garage door installed by a different company about 3 years ago and blue Jay has been out to repair the disaster of that garage door and it has already come time to replace it. Because it was such a train wreck. And I just know that blue j is very prompt, very professional and very pleasant. I'm quite sure you're gonna hear a whole lot more good stuff when the new garage door is installed. My confidence in them can't get any higher.

We specifically ask for Caleb (since he had been out to our house before) and when I say he’s the absolute best! He’s very personable, respectful, very knowledgeable and precise! Excellent service, super fast, super prompt and professional, nothing but good things to say. Firstly the other repair company's I tried to reach were all unable to visit in less then 7-10 days, these guys had someone out here same day, with lots of communications to confirm ETA via text and email. Lastly, the young man Justin who was dispatched was fantastic, he had us all fixed in very short order and helped us get back to work. Great Hire with this one.

Five freaking stars, man. Mr. Kevin explained what may be going on with our persnickety garage door almost as soon as he got here. He was clear and to the point, which inspired a great deal of confidence. Fifteen minutes after he got here, the repair was completed AND cheaper than expected due to him mentioning offered discounts. Ten out of ten, will definently call these guys again.

The folks at Blue Jay will stay with you until the job is perfect. They are kind and very responsive. I’ll use them as needed.
