I have done everything I know and my garage wasn’t functioning properly. The technician from Blue Jay Garage doors, Matt identified the problems and was able to explain it to us so we (my wife and I) can make an informed decision the repair process. Best of all, Matt and his supervisor Leon, were able to replace all the cables and springs that were causing the problems the same day. Great job, loved it.

Got back home from work to a garage that wasn't closing and I could tell the repair wasn't going to be a DIY. David M got there within 15-20 min with a great attitude and customer service. Garage door was back in business in like 30 min and we were explained all the questions we didn't know how to ask. All of this after hours, so very thankful for David coming out to assist.

He took time to go over the situation, he took time to explain the problem and he not only addressed the problem, he explained how it was going to be fixed. He went over our garage door opener to make sure that it was functioning and that there was no additional issues with it as well. Additionally, Mr. Garcia exhibited extremely exceptional customer service skills that sets the company above many in the garage door business. Even when I called the office to schedule the appointment, the person answering the phone was top notch in answering the phone, listening to the issue and providing me with information as to how quickly the company could respond and get my issue resolved. 1st off "Lonie or Lenny" the guy that took my call great job on the phone. You took my call heard my situation and told me that you have some there by 2pm or 4pm. but if you can get some there earlier you would. i greatly appreciated that. no sooner that i hung up the phone 15 min Kevin showed up. i was like flipping sweet. Kevin was great listen to what i had to say looked at the situation and said here is what i "can do". which made appreciate what he was saying. lots of company say what they "will do" like i don't have a choice. but blue jays price was reasonable and Kevin got to work. I was not getting up sold or getting we have a better part and charge me. nope he came ready and now one of my garage are fixed and my son could make his 3pm class.. I called this morning and spoke to Angel about my garage door concern, and she fit me in the same day with an afternoon appointment. Tyler came out to assess a binding/slipping spring on one of my garage doors. He was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and thorough with his recommendations for my concern. Based on my interaction with Tyler, I went ahead and had him service my other garage door while he was at my house. I am very pleased with the service I received, and highly recommend this company for all your garage door needs.
