Mr. Garcia was polite, professional, respectful, knowledgeable, caring and demonstrated that he had years of experience when he addressed our situation. He took time to go over the situation, he took time to explain the problem and he not only addressed the problem, he explained how it was going to be fixed. He went over our garage door opener to make sure that it was functioning and that there was no additional issues with it as well.
