Accidentally backed into garage door. Called Blue Sky and Caleb came out within two hours. Put door back on its track. And made sure it was safe. Caleb was the utmost professional and helpful and explained everything. Awesome.

My garage door chain spocket broke off yesterday. I called Blue Jay Garage Doors this morning and Matt was at my house this afternoon. Within a couple of hours, Matt did an awesome job of getting my garage working better than before. Price was great for what needed to ne done. David took care of my garage door needs 11/25. He explained the process and was very clear, professional, polite and precise. He gave me pointers on what I might need down the line vs in the near future and what can be handled through blue jay. He well represented the company.

The technician who came out and assessed our garage door and then came out and fixed it was wonderful. I knew that we were getting a snowstorm and our garage door was stuck open and they came out very quickly and replaced everything that needed to be replaced and it was absolutely wonderful. He was very kind, courteous, and even spray the base of my garage door so it didn’t stick in the snow and ice. I would definitely use you guys in the future and I wish I would have got the technicians name and tipped him if I could. He serviced our garage a few days ago in Hopkinsville Kentucky so if you know who it is, give that young man a raise.

Just before the thanksgiving holidays I was having alignment issues with the sensors. Google brought me to blue jay who sent out Caleb that same day and got my door back up and running same day. Fast forward a few weeks and the door began having a separate issue that I was worried might be related to I called blue jay back, who were able to get Caleb back to look at it that same day. He gave it a thorough look and was able to make a small correction. Can’t speak highly enough of the great service and work he did

1st off "Lonie or Lenny" the guy that took my call great job on the phone. You took my call heard my situation and told me that you have some there by 2pm or 4pm. but if you can get some there earlier you would. i greatly appreciated that. no sooner that i hung up the phone 15 min Kevin showed up. i was like flipping sweet. Kevin was great listen to what i had to say looked at the situation and said here is what i "can do". which made appreciate what he was saying. lots of company say what they "will do" like i don't have a choice. but blue jays price was reasonable and Kevin got to work. I was not getting up sold or getting we have a better part and charge me. nope he came ready and now one of my garage are fixed and my son could make his 3pm class.. Had an issue with my door where it would not completely close or open. Caleb G arrived and found my old Marantec door opener was not working properly. I checked out the new lift master model and purchased it. Caleb then immediately replaced my broken model with the new model. He did an excellent job with the install and was very precessional throughout the process. When / if my other door opener goes out, I would not hesitate to call Blue Jay Garage Doors for the service.
