Tyler is friendly and polite and did a great job on my garage door. He listened to my concerns and helped me find a solution to my garage door opener issue within my budget.

Just before the thanksgiving holidays I was having alignment issues with the sensors. Google brought me to blue jay who sent out Caleb that same day and got my door back up and running same day. Fast forward a few weeks and the door began having a separate issue that I was worried might be related to I called blue jay back, who were able to get Caleb back to look at it that same day. He gave it a thorough look and was able to make a small correction. Can’t speak highly enough of the great service and work he did

always on time and always professional.

Caleb did a fantastic job figuring our unique situation! With the help of 2 teammates, he was able to repair and reassemble everything, while keeping my parked SUV safe! Great service and attitude despite the late hour- thank you so much!

The service technician was EXCELLENT. The complete door opener was replaced and programmed for the opener. Service was so good I am having the other garage door opener replaced also.

Had an issue with my door where it would not completely close or open. Caleb G arrived and found my old Marantec door opener was not working properly. I checked out the new lift master model and purchased it. Caleb then immediately replaced my broken model with the new model. Got back home from work to a garage that wasn't closing and I could tell the repair wasn't going to be a DIY. David M got there within 15-20 min with a great attitude and customer service. Garage door was back in business in like 30 min and we were explained all the questions we didn't know how to ask. All of this after hours, so very thankful for David coming out to assist.
