These guys are actually great. The whole experience is easy. Book appt online, they show up next day, they found the problem, didn’t try to upsell me, gave me three reasonable price options, work done same day. Easy. My kind of place and will be using them again.

Just before the thanksgiving holidays I was having alignment issues with the sensors. Google brought me to blue jay who sent out Caleb that same day and got my door back up and running same day. Fast forward a few weeks and the door began having a separate issue that I was worried might be related to I called blue jay back, who were able to get Caleb back to look at it that same day. He gave it a thorough look and was able to make a small correction. Can’t speak highly enough of the great service and work he did

The service technician was EXCELLENT. The complete door opener was replaced and programmed for the opener. Service was so good I am having the other garage door opener replaced also.

Mr. Garcia was polite, professional, respectful, knowledgeable, caring and demonstrated that he had years of experience when he addressed our situation. He took time to go over the situation, he took time to explain the problem and he not only addressed the problem, he explained how it was going to be fixed. He went over our garage door opener to make sure that it was functioning and that there was no additional issues with it as well. It’s because of technicians like Mr. Garcia that we see more trucks from Blue Jay Garage Doors in my neighborhood. Additionally, Mr. Garcia exhibited extremely exceptional customer service skills that sets the company above many in the garage door business. Customer service is a HUGE part of make or break, select a company or not and I’ll say that this company and Mr. Garcia exceeded this by more than 100%. He’s a keeper and so is this company. Even when I called the office to schedule the appointment, the person answering the phone was top notch in answering the phone, listening to the issue and providing me with information as to how quickly the company could respond and get my issue resolved. Adam from Blue Jay Garage Doors absolutely saved my hide. I needed a threshold seal and an oversized bottom seal for my garage door before the weather turned, and nobody in the area—including Lowe’s and Home Depot—had the right lengths or the right style. My old bottom seal was about 20 years old and long overdue for replacement, and I was running out of options. Their AI assistant was helpful too — you just have to be patient with it. It will get one of their reps in touch with you and keep you updated with text messages or emails. Adam came through with exactly what I needed. Because of him, my garage door is sealed up tight and my home is protected from the cold. I can’t thank Adam and the Blue Jay team enough — they genuinely saved us from some rough weather. Highly recommend!

Very Professional introduce his self and the company name. He saw the problem when he closed the door but wanted to complete the inspection before he told me Incase something else was wrong. Once done he showed me the problem we then came to a solution and he showed me my options to have it repaired . Cleaned up the work area Would highly recommended this company

The technician from Blue Jay Garage doors, Matt identified the problems and was able to explain it to us so we (my wife and I) can make an informed decision the repair process. Best of all, Matt and his supervisor Leon, were able to replace all the cables and springs that were causing the problems the same day. Great job, loved it.
