I would like to thank Blue Jay Garage Doors for their above excellent service that was provided by by technician Caleb Garcia who arrived well ahead of the scheduled time. Mr. Garcia was polite, professional, respectful, knowledgeable, caring and demonstrated that he had years of experience when he addressed our situation. He took time to go over the situation, he took time to explain the problem and he not only addressed the problem, he explained how it was going to be fixed. He went over our garage door opener to make sure that it was functioning and that there was no additional issues with it as well. It’s because of technicians like Mr. Garcia that we see more trucks from Blue Jay Garage Doors in my neighborhood. Additionally, Mr. Garcia exhibited extremely exceptional customer service skills that sets the company above many in the garage door business. Customer service is a HUGE part of make or break, select a company or not and I’ll say that this company and Mr. Garcia exceeded this by more than 100%. He’s a keeper and so is this company. Even when I called the office to schedule the appointment, the person answering the phone was top notch in answering the phone, listening to the issue and providing me with information as to how quickly the company could respond and get my issue resolved. Got back home from work to a garage that wasn't closing and I could tell the repair wasn't going to be a DIY. David M got there within 15-20 min with a great attitude and customer service. Garage door was back in business in like 30 min and we were explained all the questions we didn't know how to ask. All of this after hours, so very thankful for David coming out to assist.

I was so happy to get same day service. I had a gap under my garage door and I wanted it fixed before the rain tomorrow. They worked with me and my schedule. Caleb was great. He was friendly, he gave me my quote and explained everything. There was no pressure to buy anything additional than what I needed, which I really appreciated. He did a quality job and was pleasant to talk with. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again.

From the very start Blue Jay was very professional. The salesman helped us decide on the best garage door for our needs and what my husband wanted 😀. The installation team also very professional. I was looking for upgraded springs for my garage door so it could open and close easier. Blue jay sent out an AMAZING technician name "David Maray"! He was very knowledgeable and explained the pros and cons to the different spring options they sold. He also explained the warranty process. Sales were never pushed on me! I felt like he actually cared about my needs and what I was looking for! I appreciate this company for hiring people that are REAL people and not predatory sales people who try to constantly upsell! I overall a great experience dealing with this company!

Good service. Day before a Holiday, came that evening and fixed my problem.

I had two men show up to install my garage door opener and make sure my garage door was working properly. It was JJ &Skyler that is the only two I want working on my garage doors. The men were polite, respectful and had a great attitude. They went right to work and got in done quickly. The work was clean and professional. Answered all my questions. It’s good to see some younger people taking pride in their work and what the finished job looks like. Those two is going to make someone a lot of money and customer referrals.

After knocking my garage door off track the week of Thanksgiving my circumstances looked bleak. Blue Jay went above and beyond when sent their tech David out within a few hours. David knocked it out of the park and had us up and running within an hour of showing up. Very knowledgeable and professional.

I have done everything I know and my garage wasn’t functioning properly. The technician from Blue Jay Garage doors, Matt identified the problems and was able to explain it to us so we (my wife and I) can make an informed decision the repair process. Best of all, Matt and his supervisor Leon, were able to replace all the cables and springs that were causing the problems the same day. Great job, loved it.

Kevin did a great job. A neighbor recommended Blue Jay, I booked the appointment online very easily. They came the next afternoon.

I contacted the company at 3:30 pm today and was given a timeframe from 4-6pm today. David Murray and Justin showed up at 4:25pm. When I say these men were awesome, attentive and understanding.
