Kevin was the tech. He did a great job. Had the garage door seals done on the house and barn (6 doors total). It was well worth it. He completed the job in a few hours. Cleaned up the work area. I thought about doing the job myself but would’ve probably taken me a few days. Best money I’ve spent lately.

I had some issues related to the installation and discussed with Blue Jay my displeasure of the installation. Leon, the owner of Blue Jay, personally came out to look it over and fixed the issues. This speaks very highly of this company to stand by their work. You can't always control how well your employees do their job but I was impressed how he addressed my concerns and did everything he could do to make it right. Thats all you can ask for someone doing work for you. I would highly recommend them.

Tyler the service technician was absolutely fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and openly answered every question that I had for him. And I had tons of questions. His approach was absolutely straightforward, no nonsense no fluff, and he did not pressure me by trying to upsell me or sell me something I didn’t need. They had a lot of selections to choose from and the prices were not bad at all! You get the full price upfront before anything begins, and they will absolutely have something that will fit your budget. I’ve never had a garage door opener with a camera so that’s a first however I like love it. I watched him do the full garage door opener install and he had no issues answering every question that I had along the way. He also offered some additional services as options and again I never one time felt pressured or uneasy because his approach was phenomenal. I truly felt he was working for my best interest as opposed to just fulfilling a job for company profit. He also has the greatest personality. I’m extremely happy that I selected Blue Jay as the company to install my garage door opener. I would recommend Blue Jay Garage Doors and Tyler to anyone.

Tyler is a little social butterfly that can make one possibly rough situation and make you feel like you’re getting that friends and family hook-up. I’m grateful for his time, efficiency , and experience

Excellent service, super fast, super prompt and professional, nothing but good things to say. Firstly the other repair company's I tried to reach were all unable to visit in less then 7-10 days, these guys had someone out here same day, with lots of communications to confirm ETA via text and email. Lastly, the young man Justin who was dispatched was fantastic, he had us all fixed in very short order and helped us get back to work. Great Hire with this one.

I was going to wait until the actual installation of the garage door but I have to say even before they had done...I love blue jay. I had a brand new garage door installed by a different company about 3 years ago and blue Jay has been out to repair the disaster of that garage door and it has already come time to replace it. Because it was such a train wreck. And I just know that blue j is very prompt, very professional and very pleasant. I'm quite sure you're gonna hear a whole lot more good stuff when the new garage door is installed. My confidence in them can't get any higher.

Very good experience! Caleb came out and identified the problem as to why my garage door wouldn’t open. He explained what needed to be done and went over the different options with me and answered all my questions. He went to work and finished it in the time frame he mentioned. He went over the work and equipment with me before leaving and also did an estimate for a new door. Absolutely no issues at all. Will definitely use Blue Jay again for anything garage door if needed.
