I called this morning and spoke to Angel about my garage door concern, and she fit me in the same day with an afternoon appointment. Tyler came out to assess a binding/slipping spring on one of my garage doors. He was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and thorough with his recommendations for my concern. Based on my interaction with Tyler, I went ahead and had him service my other garage door while he was at my house. I am very pleased with the service I received, and highly recommend this company for all your garage door needs.

We accidentally backed into our garage door at 4:30pm, trapping our car inside. I called Blue Jay and made an appt with the automated system for the next day. Thirty minutes later the office called and had Caleb at our house at 6. By 6:30 pm Caleb had gotten our door open and my car freed, with a promise of an estimate the next day for order of needed parts and full repair. Phenomenal service! Thanks Blue Jay and Caleb!!

Mr. Garcia was polite, professional, respectful, knowledgeable, caring and demonstrated that he had years of experience when he addressed our situation. He took time to go over the situation, he took time to explain the problem and he not only addressed the problem, he explained how it was going to be fixed. He went over our garage door opener to make sure that it was functioning and that there was no additional issues with it as well. It’s because of technicians like Mr. Garcia that we see more trucks from Blue Jay Garage Doors in my neighborhood. Additionally, Mr. Garcia exhibited extremely exceptional customer service skills that sets the company above many in the garage door business. Customer service is a HUGE part of make or break, select a company or not and I’ll say that this company and Mr. Garcia exceeded this by more than 100%. He’s a keeper and so is this company. Even when I called the office to schedule the appointment, the person answering the phone was top notch in answering the phone, listening to the issue and providing me with information as to how quickly the company could respond and get my issue resolved. The service technician was EXCELLENT. The complete door opener was replaced and programmed for the opener. Service was so good I am having the other garage door opener replaced also.

Adam from Blue Jay Garage Doors absolutely saved my hide. I needed a threshold seal and an oversized bottom seal for my garage door before the weather turned, and nobody in the area—including Lowe’s and Home Depot—had the right lengths or the right style. My old bottom seal was about 20 years old and long overdue for replacement, and I was running out of options. Their AI assistant was helpful too — you just have to be patient with it. It will get one of their reps in touch with you and keep you updated with text messages or emails. Adam came through with exactly what I needed. Because of him, my garage door is sealed up tight and my home is protected from the cold. I can’t thank Adam and the Blue Jay team enough — they genuinely saved us from some rough weather. Highly recommend!

After knocking my garage door off track the week of Thanksgiving my circumstances looked bleak. Blue Jay went above and beyond when sent their tech David out within a few hours. David knocked it out of the park and had us up and running within an hour of showing up. Very knowledgeable and professional.
