He was knowledgeable, patient, and gave us the best advice for what truly made sense for our home. We upgraded our devices and I couldn’t be happier! Even after the installation, I accidentally factory reset the entire garage system, and Caleb still came back out to check everything and get it fixed without hesitation. Just before the thanksgiving holidays I was having alignment issues with the sensors. Google brought me to blue jay who sent out Caleb that same day and got my door back up and running same day. Fast forward a few weeks and the door began having a separate issue that I was worried might be related to I called blue jay back, who were able to get Caleb back to look at it that same day. He gave it a thorough look and was able to make a small correction. Can’t speak highly enough of the great service and work he did

Mr. Garcia was polite, professional, respectful, knowledgeable, caring and demonstrated that he had years of experience when he addressed our situation. He took time to go over the situation, he took time to explain the problem and he not only addressed the problem, he explained how it was going to be fixed. He went over our garage door opener to make sure that it was functioning and that there was no additional issues with it as well.
