We were having issues with our garage door working properly. We called Blue Jay first because of the wonderful reviews and I can honestly say we were not disappointed. We called on Thursday afternoon and Tyler D. came out first thing Friday morning right on time. I appreciated the text with his name and picture so I knew who to watch for. Tyler was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He got the job done quickly and answered all of our many questions. Will definitely recommend Blue Jay Garage Doors to others. He did an excellent job, was respectful and very nice. I would recommend him to anyone that needs garbage door repair. I had a broken spring and had him replace all rollers on the door. Excellent Job.

Caleb G was great! My wife noted her garage door wasn’t closing and it was intermittent and seemed to be related to bright sun. Instead of some crazy pricey “new tech” solution he offered to try swapping the sensors and it seems to work really well! We will probably be changing over the systems in a year or two and will definitely want Blue Jay to do it! Great experience, honest, lots of option. Wish it didn’t have to be so hot while he was working… but so thankful to have him!

I had some issues related to the installation and discussed with Blue Jay my displeasure of the installation. Leon, the owner of Blue Jay, personally came out to look it over and fixed the issues. This speaks very highly of this company to stand by their work. You can't always control how well your employees do their job but I was impressed how he addressed my concerns and did everything he could do to make it right. Thats all you can ask for someone doing work for you. I would highly recommend them.

Kevin was the tech. He did a great job. Had the garage door seals done on the house and barn (6 doors total). It was well worth it. He completed the job in a few hours. Cleaned up the work area. I thought about doing the job myself but would’ve probably taken me a few days. Best money I’ve spent lately.
