I called blue Jay garage doors to come to m I house to fix a faulty door. They advised me my garage opener is old and poor quality. I agreed to replace my garage opener and add stronger a springs. They did a beautiful job. Tyler and Caleb 2 of the most smart ,re spectfull , skilled men . I love my new garage opener fast and quiet.

I contacted the company at 3:30 pm today and was given a timeframe from 4-6pm today. David Murray and Justin showed up at 4:25pm. When I say these men were awesome, attentive and understanding. Who wants to replace a garage door? It’s inconvenient and expensive but when you have to replace it then Blue Jay Garage Doors should be your first call. Everyone from the salesman to the installers were professional.

Just before the thanksgiving holidays I was having alignment issues with the sensors. Google brought me to blue jay who sent out Caleb that same day and got my door back up and running same day. Fast forward a few weeks and the door began having a separate issue that I was worried might be related to I called blue jay back, who were able to get Caleb back to look at it that same day. He gave it a thorough look and was able to make a small correction. Can’t speak highly enough of the great service and work he did

I can't say enough about this company and the prompt service on a SATURDAY!! Also, their professionalism! Ran over my garage door and tore the molding, they fixed what could be repaired and gave me a great quote for when the door fails and it will... eventually soooo... call them for all your garage door needs!! I called this morning and spoke to Angel about my garage door concern, and she fit me in the same day with an afternoon appointment. Tyler came out to assess a binding/slipping spring on one of my garage doors. He was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and thorough with his recommendations for my concern. Based on my interaction with Tyler, I went ahead and had him service my other garage door while he was at my house. I am very pleased with the service I received, and highly recommend this company for all your garage door needs.

We accidentally backed into our garage door at 4:30pm, trapping our car inside. I called Blue Jay and made an appt with the automated system for the next day. Thirty minutes later the office called and had Caleb at our house at 6. By 6:30 pm Caleb had gotten our door open and my car freed, with a promise of an estimate the next day for order of needed parts and full repair. Phenomenal service! Thanks Blue Jay and Caleb!!

Adam from Blue Jay Garage Doors absolutely saved my hide. I needed a threshold seal and an oversized bottom seal for my garage door before the weather turned, and nobody in the area—including Lowe’s and Home Depot—had the right lengths or the right style. My old bottom seal was about 20 years old and long overdue for replacement, and I was running out of options. Their AI assistant was helpful too — you just have to be patient with it. It will get one of their reps in touch with you and keep you updated with text messages or emails. Adam came through with exactly what I needed. Because of him, my garage door is sealed up tight and my home is protected from the cold. I can’t thank Adam and the Blue Jay team enough — they genuinely saved us from some rough weather. Highly recommend!

Had an issue with my door where it would not completely close or open. Caleb G arrived and found my old Marantec door opener was not working properly. I checked out the new lift master model and purchased it. Caleb then immediately replaced my broken model with the new model. He did an excellent job with the install and was very precessional throughout the process. When / if my other door opener goes out, I would not hesitate to call Blue Jay Garage Doors for the service.
