Garage Door Repair in Mt. Juliet, TN

Kevin showed up on time, dressed professionally for the job, well mannered. Did a fantastic job. Said it was under warranty. Very pleased

We were having issues with our garage door working properly. We called Blue Jay first because of the wonderful reviews and I can honestly say we were not disappointed. We called on Thursday afternoon and Tyler D. came out first thing Friday morning right on time. I appreciated the text with his name and picture so I knew who to watch for. Tyler was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He got the job done quickly and answered all of our many questions. Will definitely recommend Blue Jay Garage Doors to others. Thank you Tyler D.

Technician was great to work with and understood the issue we had and did a fantastic job making our garage door sound and function better

Josh and Ethan came out today to install my new garage door. They were absolute professionals, clearly knew their craft, and a downright pleasure to deal with. Genuinely impressed and cannot recommend them enough.

Great Service...

Everyone I spoke to was professional and helpful. They showed up same-day and fixed my garage door and explained what the issue was. I’d definitely recommend!

Very good experience! Caleb came out and identified the problem as to why my garage door wouldn’t open. He explained what needed to be done and went over the different options with me and answered all my questions. He went to work and finished it in the time frame he mentioned. He went over the work and equipment with me before leaving and also did an estimate for a new door. Absolutely no issues at all. Will definitely use Blue Jay again for anything garage door if needed.

Technician very knowledgeable and helpful

I just had my annual maintenance visit from Blue Jay, service was excellent as usual. They were a great place to work with when purchasing & installing my door, & I continue to go back to them for regular maintenance. Their customer service set Blue Jay apart from other vendors I checked out. I highly recommend!

Your tech was very cordial , professional and explain everything well. Great job

Caleb G was great! My wife noted her garage door wasn’t closing and it was intermittent and seemed to be related to bright sun. Instead of some crazy pricey “new tech” solution he offered to try swapping the sensors and it seems to work really well! We will probably be changing over the systems in a year or two and will definitely want Blue Jay to do it! Great experience, honest, lots of option. Wish it didn’t have to be so hot while he was working… but so thankful to have him!

Tyler from Blue Jay Garage Doors did an amazing job on getting my Garage door back up and operating flawlessly. I recommend Blue Jay Garage Doors for all your Garage door issues!

The did a great job and very professional.

Eathan and David done a great job I would recommend Blue Jay Garage doors for anyone that needs anything done with your garage doors especially Eathan and David they were great !!!

Tyler the service technician was absolutely fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and openly answered every question that I had for him. And I had tons of questions. His approach was absolutely straightforward, no nonsense no fluff, and he did not pressure me by trying to upsell me or sell me something I didn’t need. They had a lot of selections to choose from and the prices were not bad at all! You get the full price upfront before anything begins, and they will absolutely have something that will fit your budget. I’ve never had a garage door opener with a camera so that’s a first however I like love it. I watched him do the full garage door opener install and he had no issues answering every question that I had along the way. He also offered some additional services as options and again I never one time felt pressured or uneasy because his approach was phenomenal. I truly felt he was working for my best interest as opposed to just fulfilling a job for company profit. He also has the greatest personality. I’m extremely happy that I selected Blue Jay as the company to install my garage door opener. I would recommend Blue Jay Garage Doors and Tyler to anyone.

He did an excellent job, was respectful and very nice. I would recommend him to anyone that needs garbage door repair. I had a broken spring and had him replace all rollers on the door. Excellent Job.

Kevin was very nice, polite, and fixed the problem right away. We would definitely recommend this company! We thank this Veteran owned company for their service!

I highly recommend Blue Jay to anyone in need of garage door services. Their quick response, professionalism, and expertise are exactly why I would recommend them to anyone who has garage doors. Caleb was absolutely awesome! He took the time to explain the procedures, answer my questions, and give me the best options. The service was excellent from start to finish. Blue Jay is the best!

Tyler was great, professional and very informative. Great job.

Kevin was the tech. He did a great job. Had the garage door seals done on the house and barn (6 doors total). It was well worth it. He completed the job in a few hours. Cleaned up the work area. I thought about doing the job myself but would’ve probably taken me a few days. Best money I’ve spent lately.
