It was an unfortunate event that made me reach out to them but they made this process so easy and stressful free! We specifically ask for Caleb (since he had been out to our house before) and when I say he’s the absolute best! He’s very personable, respectful, very knowledgeable and precise! Anything garage related, this is the company!

Just before the thanksgiving holidays I was having alignment issues with the sensors. Google brought me to blue jay who sent out Caleb that same day and got my door back up and running same day. Fast forward a few weeks and the door began having a separate issue that I was worried might be related to I called blue jay back, who were able to get Caleb back to look at it that same day. He gave it a thorough look and was able to make a small correction. Can’t speak highly enough of the great service and work he did

I contacted Blue Jay because my garage door was making a popping noise when I opened the door and I was concerned it might be weakening in one of the panels. The technician came out the same day and was able to pinpoint the issue and had it fixed in minutes. I was so happy I requested he oil all the springs and rollers and it’s as quiet as the day it was installed.

Tyler is friendly and polite and did a great job on my garage door. He listened to my concerns and helped me find a solution to my garage door opener issue within my budget.

He took time to go over the situation, he took time to explain the problem and he not only addressed the problem, he explained how it was going to be fixed. He went over our garage door opener to make sure that it was functioning and that there was no additional issues with it as well. Additionally, Mr. Garcia exhibited extremely exceptional customer service skills that sets the company above many in the garage door business. Even when I called the office to schedule the appointment, the person answering the phone was top notch in answering the phone, listening to the issue and providing me with information as to how quickly the company could respond and get my issue resolved.
