Kevin was very informative on the installation process and did a quality job, the process was professional and proficient as well. Very clean and well organized within the process.

We accidentally backed into our garage door at 4:30pm, trapping our car inside. I called Blue Jay and made an appt with the automated system for the next day. Thirty minutes later the office called and had Caleb at our house at 6. By 6:30 pm Caleb had gotten our door open and my car freed, with a promise of an estimate the next day for order of needed parts and full repair. Phenomenal service! Thanks Blue Jay and Caleb!!

I was so happy to get same day service. I had a gap under my garage door and I wanted it fixed before the rain tomorrow. They worked with me and my schedule. Caleb was great. He was friendly, he gave me my quote and explained everything. There was no pressure to buy anything additional than what I needed, which I really appreciated.
