Adam from Blue Jay Garage Doors absolutely saved my hide. I needed a threshold seal and an oversized bottom seal for my garage door before the weather turned, and nobody in the area—including Lowe’s and Home Depot—had the right lengths or the right style. My old bottom seal was about 20 years old and long overdue for replacement, and I was running out of options. Their AI assistant was helpful too — you just have to be patient with it. It will get one of their reps in touch with you and keep you updated with text messages or emails. Adam came through with exactly what I needed. Because of him, my garage door is sealed up tight and my home is protected from the cold. I can’t thank Adam and the Blue Jay team enough — they genuinely saved us from some rough weather. I called blue Jay garage doors to come to m I house to fix a faulty door. They advised me my garage opener is old and poor quality. I agreed to replace my garage opener and add stronger a springs. They did a beautiful job. Tyler and Caleb 2 of the most smart ,re spectfull , skilled men . I love my new garage opener fast and quiet.

I contacted the company at 3:30 pm today and was given a timeframe from 4-6pm today. David Murray and Justin showed up at 4:25pm. When I say these men were awesome, attentive and understanding. Very Professional introduce his self and the company name. He saw the problem when he closed the door but wanted to complete the inspection before he told me Incase something else was wrong. Once done he showed me the problem we then came to a solution and he showed me my options to have it repaired . Cleaned up the work area Would highly recommended this company

Got back home from work to a garage that wasn't closing and I could tell the repair wasn't going to be a DIY. David M got there within 15-20 min with a great attitude and customer service.
