I called this morning and spoke to Angel about my garage door concern, and she fit me in the same day with an afternoon appointment. Tyler came out to assess a binding/slipping spring on one of my garage doors. He was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and thorough with his recommendations for my concern. Based on my interaction with Tyler, I went ahead and had him service my other garage door while he was at my house. At first I was skeptical with the AI booking service but honestly the most seamless quote scheduling I’ve done. Worked with Tyler today. He was a complete professional, able to provide me the best quote from his assessment. On a human level, I appreciated that he valued me not only as a customer but as a homeowner and provided invaluable feedback on his recommendations for the various options I prompted him on. Great experience with this company so far and excited to move forward!

Matt was very helpful and a true professional. He did a PM on my old doors and gave me a quote on new insulated doors, opener, and all the options which I will use to plan for later this summer. Very pleased and will definitely recommend.

On my way out the door, I just so happened to see the company van parked across the street and initially expected to ask the young man a few questions about access issues, then set up an appointment for a later date. To my surprise, he was able to resolve the issues in less than 15 minutes tops. Will definitely look to this company for any future repairs or replacements.

I have done everything I know and my garage wasn’t functioning properly. The technician from Blue Jay Garage doors, Matt identified the problems and was able to explain it to us so we (my wife and I) can make an informed decision the repair process.
