Caleb arrives on time. He is easy to work with and always gets to work right away. He clearly explains what needs to be done and the cost. Called Blue Jay Garage Doors today and they were able to have a specialist come out same day. Received text amd email updates regarding the appointment. They even sent a text with name and picture of the garage door specialist. Caleb was very professional and completed the work efficiently. He made some recommendations and provided a few options for an aging garage door and pieces. Highly recommend.

I was going to wait until the actual installation of the garage door but I have to say even before they had done...I love blue jay. I had a brand new garage door installed by a different company about 3 years ago and blue Jay has been out to repair the disaster of that garage door and it has already come time to replace it. Because it was such a train wreck. And I just know that blue j is very prompt, very professional and very pleasant. I'm quite sure you're gonna hear a whole lot more good stuff when the new garage door is installed. My confidence in them can't get any higher.

Matt did such a great job! He’s extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He’s very easy to talk to. The services are also reasonably priced. If I ever have any problems with my garage doors, I won’t call anyone but Blue Jay Garage Doors! They are exceptional!

On my way out the door, I just so happened to see the company van parked across the street and initially expected to ask the young man a few questions about access issues, then set up an appointment for a later date. To my surprise, he was able to resolve the issues in less than 15 minutes tops. Will definitely look to this company for any future repairs or replacements.

Fast, friendly customer service.

Excellent service, super fast, super prompt and professional, nothing but good things to say. Firstly the other repair company's I tried to reach were all unable to visit in less then 7-10 days, these guys had someone out here same day, with lots of communications to confirm ETA via text and email. Lastly, the young man Justin who was dispatched was fantastic, he had us all fixed in very short order and helped us get back to work. Great Hire with this one.
