My technician was Tom and the service was amazing. Tom recognized the issue immediately upon looking at the garage, this gave me a good feeling and I felt comfortable that he knew what he was doing. Got back home from work to a garage that wasn't closing and I could tell the repair wasn't going to be a DIY. David M got there within 15-20 min with a great attitude and customer service. Garage door was back in business in like 30 min and we were explained all the questions we didn't know how to ask. All of this after hours, so very thankful for David coming out to assist.

The technician who came out and assessed our garage door and then came out and fixed it was wonderful. I knew that we were getting a snowstorm and our garage door was stuck open and they came out very quickly and replaced everything that needed to be replaced and it was absolutely wonderful. He was very kind, courteous, and even spray the base of my garage door so it didn’t stick in the snow and ice. I would definitely use you guys in the future and I wish I would have got the technicians name and tipped him if I could. He serviced our garage a few days ago in Hopkinsville Kentucky so if you know who it is, give that young man a raise.
