Excellent service, super fast, super prompt and professional, nothing but good things to say. Firstly the other repair company's I tried to reach were all unable to visit in less then 7-10 days, these guys had someone out here same day, with lots of communications to confirm ETA via text and email. Lastly, the young man Justin who was dispatched was fantastic, he had us all fixed in very short order and helped us get back to work. Great Hire with this one.

My technician was Tom and the service was amazing. Tom recognized the issue immediately upon looking at the garage, this gave me a good feeling and I felt comfortable that he knew what he was doing. We were having issues with our garage door working properly. We called Blue Jay first because of the wonderful reviews and I can honestly say we were not disappointed. I called after waiting 3 weeks from another garage door company. Tech Kevin showed up within 2 hours of my call and had our garage fixed with a new spring within 30 mins. Five freaking stars, man. Mr. Kevin explained what may be going on with our persnickety garage door almost as soon as he got here. He was clear and to the point, which inspired a great deal of confidence. Fifteen minutes after he got here, the repair was completed AND cheaper than expected due to him mentioning offered discounts. Ten out of ten, will definently call these guys again.

Technician, Caleb Garcia, arrived on time, was courteous, polite, and efficient. He completed the job, gave next steps, and explained the job that was done. He also adjusted the garage door so it closed with less force. No complaints!!
