I had a broken spring on my garage door. I called Bluejay Garage Doors and they sent out technician named Tyler. He explained all the issues that were wrong with my garage door offered to fix the spring and service. My garage door also gave me a price on replacing the Garage Doors, we chose to replace them. We were very pleased with his explanation of everything and would highly recommend him and Bluejay Garage Doors.

Very Professional introduce his self and the company name. He saw the problem when he closed the door but wanted to complete the inspection before he told me Incase something else was wrong. Once done he showed me the problem we then came to a solution and he showed me my options to have it repaired . Cleaned up the work area Would highly recommended this company

I contacted Blue Jay because my garage door was making a popping noise when I opened the door and I was concerned it might be weakening in one of the panels. The technician came out the same day and was able to pinpoint the issue and had it fixed in minutes. Five freaking stars, man. Mr. Kevin explained what may be going on with our persnickety garage door almost as soon as he got here. He was clear and to the point, which inspired a great deal of confidence. Fifteen minutes after he got here, the repair was completed AND cheaper than expected due to him mentioning offered discounts. Ten out of ten, will definently call these guys again.
