When the spring of my garage door broke I needed it fixed quick and blue jay garage doors was able to get me fixed the very next day. The appointment reservation was very smooth and Caleb showed up right on time. He was great and explaining everything and then showing me the range of options for the repair, with the zero pressure to upsell on anything. Didn't take him long at all, was able to fix everything. With employees like Caleb, it's no wonder blue jay garage doors has such great reviews! I don't need garage service very often, but I know where I will go to from now on for it!

My technician was Tom and the service was amazing. Tom recognized the issue immediately upon looking at the garage, this gave me a good feeling and I felt comfortable that he knew what he was doing. I was going to wait until the actual installation of the garage door but I have to say even before they had done...I love blue jay. I had a brand new garage door installed by a different company about 3 years ago and blue Jay has been out to repair the disaster of that garage door and it has already come time to replace it. Because it was such a train wreck. And I just know that blue j is very prompt, very professional and very pleasant. I'm quite sure you're gonna hear a whole lot more good stuff when the new garage door is installed. My confidence in them can't get any higher.

Technician arrived when he was scheduled for, with text notifications prior to his arrival. He came in, assess the issue, and completed repairs in a professional and timely matter.

Quick response. Went over all of the options for parts. Never felt pressured to purchase anything other than what was needed. Never tried to sell an upgrade to me just to make a little more on their end. Overall excellent experience from Tyler. Would highly recommend.

1st off "Lonie or Lenny" the guy that took my call great job on the phone. You took my call heard my situation and told me that you have some there by 2pm or 4pm. but if you can get some there earlier you would. i greatly appreciated that. no sooner that i hung up the phone 15 min Kevin showed up. i was like flipping sweet. Kevin was great listen to what i had to say looked at the situation and said here is what i "can do". which made appreciate what he was saying. lots of company say what they "will do" like i don't have a choice. but blue jays price was reasonable and Kevin got to work. I was not getting up sold or getting we have a better part and charge me. nope he came ready and now one of my garage are fixed and my son could make his 3pm class..
