My technician was Tom and the service was amazing. Tom recognized the issue immediately upon looking at the garage, this gave me a good feeling and I felt comfortable that he knew what he was doing. The repairs took about an hour and I was well informed about the repairs. Thank you so much, I definitely recommend Blue Jay to anyone experiencing garage door issues.

Very Professional introduce his self and the company name. He saw the problem when he closed the door but wanted to complete the inspection before he told me Incase something else was wrong. Fantastic service! The technician arrived early, was very professional, and completed an excellent job.

Five freaking stars, man. Mr. Kevin explained what may be going on with our persnickety garage door almost as soon as he got here. He was clear and to the point, which inspired a great deal of confidence. Fifteen minutes after he got here, the repair was completed AND cheaper than expected due to him mentioning offered discounts. Ten out of ten, will definently call these guys again.
