Awesome service, garage door wouldn't open, called and a service tech, Tyler Davis, came out same day and replaced opener and I couldn't be more pleased with his work. Very professional and explained everything in layman's terms I could understand. I highly recommend Blue Jay Garage Doors and Tyler.

I scheduled an appointment online, and received confirmation of the time and date. The associate was on time and completed every issue (in a timely matter) that I pointed out with my garage door. Had an issue with my door where it would not completely close or open. Caleb G arrived and found my old Marantec door opener was not working properly. I checked out the new lift master model and purchased it. Caleb then immediately replaced my broken model with the new model. He did an excellent job with the install and was very precessional throughout the process. When / if my other door opener goes out, I would not hesitate to call Blue Jay Garage Doors for the service. Just before the thanksgiving holidays I was having alignment issues with the sensors. Google brought me to blue jay who sent out Caleb that same day and got my door back up and running same day. Fast forward a few weeks and the door began having a separate issue that I was worried might be related to I called blue jay back, who were able to get Caleb back to look at it that same day. He gave it a thorough look and was able to make a small correction. Can’t speak highly enough of the great service and work he did

He was knowledgeable, patient, and gave us the best advice for what truly made sense for our home. We upgraded our devices and I couldn’t be happier! Even after the installation, I accidentally factory reset the entire garage system, and Caleb still came back out to check everything and get it fixed without hesitation.
