Jeremy showed up on time and was pleasant and professional at 8am. He quickly diagnosed the issue and within an hour he was done. We had great conversation and shared a couple of stories. Their automated phone answering system they use is trash. After I had difficulties with their answering service a representative called me. I had a new opener installed the technicians were very professional and did a fantastic job.
