David was amazing servicing are broken garage doors. It happened in a Flash and he was here within a few hours to help. He was very professional polite humorous and went over and Beyond to help us. Everyone in our cul-de-sac uses blue jay and I highly recommend them but at a five stars I want it clear that we give David 10. Thank you for your fine service! Technician came on short notice and was able to expeditiously fulfill exactly what I was asking for.

The technician who came out and assessed our garage door and then came out and fixed it was wonderful. I knew that we were getting a snowstorm and our garage door was stuck open and they came out very quickly and replaced everything that needed to be replaced and it was absolutely wonderful. He was very kind, courteous, and even spray the base of my garage door so it didn’t stick in the snow and ice. I would definitely use you guys in the future and I wish I would have got the technicians name and tipped him if I could. He serviced our garage a few days ago in Hopkinsville Kentucky so if you know who it is, give that young man a raise.
