David was amazing servicing are broken garage doors. It happened in a Flash and he was here within a few hours to help. He was very professional polite humorous and went over and Beyond to help us. Everyone in our cul-de-sac uses blue jay and I highly recommend them but at a five stars I want it clear that we give David 10. Thank you for your fine service! He arrived to our home exactly on time, called to let me know when he was on his way, and solved a garage door issue two other local companies couldnt figure out in less than 5 minutes......I will only call him in the future for any garage door issues we or any of my family/friends have. I have done everything I know and my garage wasn’t functioning properly. The technician from Blue Jay Garage doors, Matt identified the problems and was able to explain it to us so we (my wife and I) can make an informed decision the repair process. Best of all, Matt and his supervisor Leon, were able to replace all the cables and springs that were causing the problems the same day. Great job, loved it.

Five freaking stars, man. Mr. Kevin explained what may be going on with our persnickety garage door almost as soon as he got here. He was clear and to the point, which inspired a great deal of confidence. Fifteen minutes after he got here, the repair was completed AND cheaper than expected due to him mentioning offered discounts. Ten out of ten, will definently call these guys again.
