Had the pleasure of meeting Jeremy today! Such a sweet & helpful guy! I felt so bad for him as he worked hard in this heat to have my garage door working like new again! Came around lunch time & left around 1ish (he was fast!) He also taught me a thing or two, so now I feel like I’m a pro! LOL. He definitely didn’t try to sell us any other parts, just exactly what we needed & will need in the future! I really did love him!!

The house was hit by a lightning strike, Caleb diagnosed the issue almost immediately! He was very professional, attentive to my questions, and made sure he didn’t leave until everything was working properly and he had cleaned everything up! He’s also lubed my door. Can’t say enough good things about Chase and Blue Jay. I had a pretty serious issue with my garage door this week and with the cold weather coming it was important to get it fixed. Chase came out Monday and assessed the situation and even helped me out with a temporary fix to make sure my door sealed to keep the cold out. The nice he got the parts he had me on the schedule and was out exactly when he said he would be and had it fixed in no time and for a more than fair price. Chase really knows his stuff and even gave me some tips to help my door not only stay quiet but last longer. Again thanks again for all your help I’d give you 10 stars if I could.

My garage door would not open, it had no power. Caleb came and showed me a reset button on the wall, I had no idea. He checked both remotes, which didn't work. And he lubed the roller, so our door open quietly now. Thanks Caleb
