The technician who came out and assessed our garage door and then came out and fixed it was wonderful. I knew that we were getting a snowstorm and our garage door was stuck open and they came out very quickly and replaced everything that needed to be replaced and it was absolutely wonderful. He was very kind, courteous, and even spray the base of my garage door so it didn’t stick in the snow and ice. I would definitely use you guys in the future and I wish I would have got the technicians name and tipped him if I could. He serviced our garage a few days ago in Hopkinsville Kentucky so if you know who it is, give that young man a raise.

Caleb G.- the man, the myth, the legend! I can’t express how grateful I am for his help. His customer service was outstanding from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, patient, and gave us the best advice for what truly made sense for our home. We upgraded our devices and I couldn’t be happier! Even after the installation, I accidentally factory reset the entire garage system, and Caleb still came back out to check everything and get it fixed without hesitation. Just before the thanksgiving holidays I was having alignment issues with the sensors. Google brought me to blue jay who sent out Caleb that same day and got my door back up and running same day. Fast forward a few weeks and the door began having a separate issue that I was worried might be related to I called blue jay back, who were able to get Caleb back to look at it that same day. He gave it a thorough look and was able to make a small correction. Can’t speak highly enough of the great service and work he did

David at Bill's garage door is the most experienced garage door repairman I have ever encountered.
