We were having issues with our garage door working properly. We called Blue Jay first because of the wonderful reviews and I can honestly say we were not disappointed. We called on Thursday afternoon and Tyler D. came out first thing Friday morning right on time. I appreciated the text with his name and picture so I knew who to watch for. I just had my annual maintenance visit from Blue Jay, service was excellent as usual. They were a great place to work with when purchasing & installing my door, & I continue to go back to them for regular maintenance. Their customer service set Blue Jay apart from other vendors I checked out. I highly recommend!

Caleb G was great! My wife noted her garage door wasn’t closing and it was intermittent and seemed to be related to bright sun. Instead of some crazy pricey “new tech” solution he offered to try swapping the sensors and it seems to work really well! We will probably be changing over the systems in a year or two and will definitely want Blue Jay to do it! Great experience, honest, lots of option. Wish it didn’t have to be so hot while he was working… but so thankful to have him!

I called about a faulty opener, but after talking with Caleb, he suggested getting a newer model. The newer model has a lot of different upgrades and is so very quiet compared to the original one that I had! Caleb was very nice, very knowledgeable, and very efficient at getting the job done! Would use you guys again!

Excellent service, super fast, super prompt and professional, nothing but good things to say. Firstly the other repair company's I tried to reach were all unable to visit in less then 7-10 days, these guys had someone out here same day, with lots of communications to confirm ETA via text and email. Lastly, the young man Justin who was dispatched was fantastic, he had us all fixed in very short order and helped us get back to work. Great Hire with this one.
