Excellent service, super fast, super prompt and professional, nothing but good things to say. Firstly the other repair company's I tried to reach were all unable to visit in less then 7-10 days, these guys had someone out here same day, with lots of communications to confirm ETA via text and email. Lastly, the young man Justin who was dispatched was fantastic, he had us all fixed in very short order and helped us get back to work. Great Hire with this one.

My technician was Tom and the service was amazing. Tom recognized the issue immediately upon looking at the garage, this gave me a good feeling and I felt comfortable that he knew what he was doing. Caleb G was great! My wife noted her garage door wasn’t closing and it was intermittent and seemed to be related to bright sun. Instead of some crazy pricey “new tech” solution he offered to try swapping the sensors and it seems to work really well! We will probably be changing over the systems in a year or two and will definitely want Blue Jay to do it! Great experience, honest, lots of option. Wish it didn’t have to be so hot while he was working… but so thankful to have him!
