Had an issue with my door where it would not completely close or open. Caleb G arrived and found my old Marantec door opener was not working properly. I checked out the new lift master model and purchased it. Caleb then immediately replaced my broken model with the new model. He did an excellent job with the install and was very precessional throughout the process. When / if my other door opener goes out, I would not hesitate to call Blue Jay Garage Doors for the service. Adam from Blue Jay Garage Doors absolutely saved my hide. I needed a threshold seal and an oversized bottom seal for my garage door before the weather turned, and nobody in the area—including Lowe’s and Home Depot—had the right lengths or the right style. My old bottom seal was about 20 years old and long overdue for replacement, and I was running out of options. Their AI assistant was helpful too — you just have to be patient with it. It will get one of their reps in touch with you and keep you updated with text messages or emails. Adam came through with exactly what I needed. Because of him, my garage door is sealed up tight and my home is protected from the cold. I can’t thank Adam and the Blue Jay team enough — they genuinely saved us from some rough weather. After knocking my garage door off track the week of Thanksgiving my circumstances looked bleak. Blue Jay went above and beyond when sent their tech David out within a few hours. Just before the thanksgiving holidays I was having alignment issues with the sensors. Google brought me to blue jay who sent out Caleb that same day and got my door back up and running same day. Fast forward a few weeks and the door began having a separate issue that I was worried might be related to I called blue jay back, who were able to get Caleb back to look at it that same day. He gave it a thorough look and was able to make a small correction. Can’t speak highly enough of the great service and work he did
