Excellent service. I had a broken torsion spring and got it fixed within hours of calling. Tyler Davis did the install and was both personable and professional. I will be going with Blue Jay in the future.

I contacted Blue Jay because my garage door was making a popping noise when I opened the door and I was concerned it might be weakening in one of the panels. The technician came out the same day and was able to pinpoint the issue and had it fixed in minutes. I was so happy I requested he oil all the springs and rollers and it’s as quiet as the day it was installed.

The technician who came out and assessed our garage door and then came out and fixed it was wonderful. I knew that we were getting a snowstorm and our garage door was stuck open and they came out very quickly and replaced everything that needed to be replaced and it was absolutely wonderful. He was very kind, courteous, and even spray the base of my garage door so it didn’t stick in the snow and ice. I would definitely use you guys in the future and I wish I would have got the technicians name and tipped him if I could. He serviced our garage a few days ago in Hopkinsville Kentucky so if you know who it is, give that young man a raise.

The tech (Caleb) was amazing. He has a warming and welcoming personality. Overall, completed the task without delay or any inconvenience.

When the spring of my garage door broke I needed it fixed quick and blue jay garage doors was able to get me fixed the very next day. The appointment reservation was very smooth and Caleb showed up right on time. He was great and explaining everything and then showing me the range of options for the repair, with the zero pressure to upsell on anything. Didn't take him long at all, was able to fix everything. With employees like Caleb, it's no wonder blue jay garage doors has such great reviews! I don't need garage service very often, but I know where I will go to from now on for it!

I scheduled an appointment online, and received confirmation of the time and date. The associate was on time and completed every issue (in a timely matter) that I pointed out with my garage door. I’m satisfied with the work and the costumer service that was provided. I would definitely recommend to friends and family

David at Bill's garage door is the most experienced garage door repairman I have ever encountered. He arrived to our home exactly on time, called to let me know when he was on his way, and solved a garage door issue two other local companies couldnt figure out in less than 5 minutes......I will only call him in the future for any garage door issues we or any of my family/friends have. Five freaking stars, man. Mr. Kevin explained what may be going on with our persnickety garage door almost as soon as he got here. He was clear and to the point, which inspired a great deal of confidence. Fifteen minutes after he got here, the repair was completed AND cheaper than expected due to him mentioning offered discounts. Ten out of ten, will definently call these guys again.

My garage door chain spocket broke off yesterday. I called Blue Jay Garage Doors this morning and Matt was at my house this afternoon.
