I was looking for upgraded springs for my garage door so it could open and close easier. Blue jay sent out an AMAZING technician name "David Maray"! He was very knowledgeable and explained the pros and cons to the different spring options they sold. He also explained the warranty process. Sales were never pushed on me! I felt like he actually cared about my needs and what I was looking for! I appreciate this company for hiring people that are REAL people and not predatory sales people who try to constantly upsell! I overall a great experience dealing with this company!

I called blue Jay garage doors to come to m I house to fix a faulty door. They advised me my garage opener is old and poor quality. I agreed to replace my garage opener and add stronger a springs.
