Very Professional introduce his self and the company name. He saw the problem when he closed the door but wanted to complete the inspection before he told me Incase something else was wrong. Once done he showed me the problem we then came to a solution and he showed me my options to have it repaired . Cleaned up the work area Would highly recommended this company

Caleb arrives on time. He is easy to work with and always gets to work right away. He clearly explains what needs to be done and the cost. Caleb also checked the rest of the door to make sure there were no other potential problems, tightening, oiling,,,to keep our garage door in good working order. Thank you, Caleb.

I contacted Blue Jay because my garage door was making a popping noise when I opened the door and I was concerned it might be weakening in one of the panels. The technician came out the same day and was able to pinpoint the issue and had it fixed in minutes. I was so happy I requested he oil all the springs and rollers and it’s as quiet as the day it was installed.

Well i was in a bind and Blue Jay Garage Doors sent out a younger guy and he was spectacular!!! He was super nice, got it done quickly and for a very fair price!!! They will be my first call in the future! Thanks Rick

On my way out the door, I just so happened to see the company van parked across the street and initially expected to ask the young man a few questions about access issues, then set up an appointment for a later date.
