Service was easy to schedule - technician arrived within stated time frame - diagnosis of issue was timely and remediation was accomplished quickly and completely!! Kevin was easy to work with and was knowledgeable about my issue.

I reached out to Blue Jay on a Wednesday and I had an appointment Friday morning. Their on-line schedule system was the easiest I've ever dealt with, no hassle, no up-selling it was simple. Jeremy showed up on time and was pleasant and professional at 8am. He quickly diagnosed the issue and within an hour he was done. We had great conversation and shared a couple of stories. He's a great asset to your company. I'll definitely call you guys again, it's a 10/10 recommendation.

I contacted the company at 3:30 pm today and was given a timeframe from 4-6pm today. David Murray and Justin showed up at 4:25pm. When I say these men were awesome, attentive and understanding. I called blue Jay garage doors to come to m I house to fix a faulty door. They advised me my garage opener is old and poor quality. I agreed to replace my garage opener and add stronger a springs. They did a beautiful job. Tyler and Caleb 2 of the most smart ,re spectfull , skilled men . I love my new garage opener fast and quiet.

We were honored to meet Caleb and his partner. They actually fixed our issue by adjusting the sensor. However, in the near future when we need a door or door opener, we will call them. 👍
