They helped me decide which garage door to order, were clear in the time it would take to manufacture and deliver the door, and did a great job installing the new door. Their automated phone answering system they use is trash. After I had difficulties with their answering service a representative called me. I had a new opener installed the technicians were very professional and did a fantastic job.

We accidentally backed into our garage door at 4:30pm, trapping our car inside. I called Blue Jay and made an appt with the automated system for the next day. Thirty minutes later the office called and had Caleb at our house at 6. By 6:30 pm Caleb had gotten our door open and my car freed, with a promise of an estimate the next day for order of needed parts and full repair. Phenomenal service! Thanks Blue Jay and Caleb!!
