Garage Door Repair in West Nashville, TN

Jeremy is wonderful. I learned more about garage doors than I thought was possible. I didn't think there was anything wrong with my doors but decided it is never a bad idea to get things checked out BEFORE they start falling apart ( guess it's the nurse in me). My garage doors have been up about 12 yrs with no "cheçkups". Jeremy explained about the importance of keeping springs, hinges and bearings lubricated about two times a year. Luckily nothing major needed fixing but now I know what to look for when things don't work right. Thanks Jeremy for checking everything and explaining in a way that I could understand. My garage door would not open, it had no power. Caleb came and showed me a reset button on the wall, I had no idea. He checked both remotes, which didn't work. And he lubed the roller, so our door open quietly now. Thanks Caleb

We had an issue with the garage door not closing 100% of the time. Caleb and David came up with an excellent and inexpensive solution that quickly solved our issue. We also used this company to install a new door, seal, and sensors in January of 2025. We were satisfied with the quality of the work and the quality of the interactions we had with all of the employees of this company. I also want to give a shout out to Angel, who answers the phone and schedules the service calls. She is very courteous and competent!

Caleb showed up on time checked everything and diagnosed the issue almost immediately!! He was very professional and most qualified to handle our issue! Had the pleasure of meeting Jeremy today! Such a sweet & helpful guy! I felt so bad for him as he worked hard in this heat to have my garage door working like new again! Came around lunch time & left around 1ish (he was fast!) He also taught me a thing or two, so now I feel like I’m a pro! LOL. Getting the garage door repaired was such a breeze. Called late in the afternoon and got an appointment the next day. Caleb and David arrived promptly at the scheduled time, gave honest feedback for what needed to be replaced, and show us various pricing options. The work was completed quickly and to our satisfaction. Great customer service. 10 out of 10 recommend.

The reps showed up when scheduled and checked all possible causes for my garage door malfunction. Of course the door would not malfunction while they were there. But they narrowed the potential causes down to the card in the opener. It must have had a pickup. Ill keep an eye on it. Great job analyzing the problem.
