Got back home from work to a garage that wasn't closing and I could tell the repair wasn't going to be a DIY. David M got there within 15-20 min with a great attitude and customer service. Garage door was back in business in like 30 min and we were explained all the questions we didn't know how to ask. All of this after hours, so very thankful for David coming out to assist.

My garage door chain spocket broke off yesterday. I called Blue Jay Garage Doors this morning and Matt was at my house this afternoon. Within a couple of hours, Matt did an awesome job of getting my garage working better than before. Price was great for what needed to ne done. Caleb arrives on time. He is easy to work with and always gets to work right away. He clearly explains what needs to be done and the cost. Caleb also checked the rest of the door to make sure there were no other potential problems, tightening, oiling,,,to keep our garage door in good working order. Thank you, Caleb.

Very Professional introduce his self and the company name. He saw the problem when he closed the door but wanted to complete the inspection before he told me Incase something else was wrong. Once done he showed me the problem we then came to a solution and he showed me my options to have it repaired . Cleaned up the work area Would highly recommended this company

David at Bill's garage door is the most experienced garage door repairman I have ever encountered. He arrived to our home exactly on time, called to let me know when he was on his way, and solved a garage door issue two other local companies couldnt figure out in less than 5 minutes......I will only call him in the future for any garage door issues we or any of my family/friends have.
