The first time to do a check/tuneup on my garage door opener and install an outside code box. They were very knowledgeable and efficient. Then, after going through the April 2025 flood where my garage and home experienced major damage, I reached out again with frustrating opener issue. Kevin, their very efficient technician, was out the next day and fixed everything in less than five minutes and graciously didn’t even charge me. Had the pleasure of meeting Jeremy today! Such a sweet & helpful guy! I felt so bad for him as he worked hard in this heat to have my garage door working like new again! Came around lunch time & left around 1ish (he was fast!) He also taught me a thing or two, so now I feel like I’m a pro! LOL.
