When the spring of my garage door broke I needed it fixed quick and blue jay garage doors was able to get me fixed the very next day. The appointment reservation was very smooth and Caleb showed up right on time. He was great and explaining everything and then showing me the range of options for the repair, with the zero pressure to upsell on anything. Didn't take him long at all, was able to fix everything. With employees like Caleb, it's no wonder blue jay garage doors has such great reviews! I don't need garage service very often, but I know where I will go to from now on for it!

Instead of some crazy pricey “new tech” solution he offered to try swapping the sensors and it seems to work really well! We will probably be changing over the systems in a year or two and will definitely want Blue Jay to do it! Great experience, honest, lots of option. Wish it didn’t have to be so hot while he was working… but so thankful to have him!

On my way out the door, I just so happened to see the company van parked across the street and initially expected to ask the young man a few questions about access issues, then set up an appointment for a later date. They even sent a text with name and picture of the garage door specialist. Caleb was very professional and completed the work efficiently.
