Trusted Garage Door Repair in Clarksville, TN

These guys were incredibly speedy to respond and get here, and fixed the door quickly with no problems at all. Kevin was great, very helpful. Highly recommend Blue Jay!

I had a great experience with Blue Jay Garage Doors. My technician, Kevin, arrived right on time and was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire visit. Unfortunately, my garage door was too badly damaged to be safely repaired, but Kevin took the time to thoroughly explain what was wrong, why repair wasn’t a good option, and walked me through the replacement estimate in detail. I especially appreciated that there were no high-pressure or gimmicky sales tactics. He simply gave me the information, explained my options and pricing clearly, and allowed me to make an informed decision without feeling pressured. It’s refreshing to deal with a company and technician who prioritize honesty and customer service over making a quick sale. Based on my experience with Kevin, I would absolutely recommend Blue Jay Garage Doors to anyone needing garage door service or replacement.

Caleb Garcia was fantastic! He was professional, courteous, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He also offered helpful recommendations for future maintenance without any pressure or upselling, which I really appreciated. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about providing great service and making sure the customer is taken care of. I will absolutely be calling Caleb again for future repairs, and I’ve already recommended him to my neighbors and friends. If you need garage door service, call Blue Jay and ask for Caleb!

I noticed two bolts after installation. I contacted the company, and they assured me it shouldn't be a problem. This door has been the smoothest addition since I installed it in my home. I'm really impressed with the MyQ app and how I can close the garage door from my phone.

I had some issues related to the installation and discussed with Blue Jay my displeasure of the installation. Leon, the owner of Blue Jay, personally came out to look it over and fixed the issues. This speaks very highly of this company to stand by their work. You can't always control how well your employees do their job but I was impressed how he addressed my concerns and did everything he could do to make it right. Thats all you can ask for someone doing work for you. I would highly recommend them.

Kevin was the tech. He did a great job. Had the garage door seals done on the house and barn (6 doors total). It was well worth it. He completed the job in a few hours. Cleaned up the work area. I thought about doing the job myself but would’ve probably taken me a few days. Best money I’ve spent lately.
