I was going to wait until the actual installation of the garage door but I have to say even before they had done...I love blue jay. I had a brand new garage door installed by a different company about 3 years ago and blue Jay has been out to repair the disaster of that garage door and it has already come time to replace it. Because it was such a train wreck. And I just know that blue j is very prompt, very professional and very pleasant. I'm quite sure you're gonna hear a whole lot more good stuff when the new garage door is installed. My confidence in them can't get any higher.

After initial installation, there are some issue of gaps allowing lizards and bugs to enter into the garage. A follow-up was scheduled to correct the problem but, no work was done. We are using glue traps to mitigate the issue.

Caleb the technician explained everything that was to be done about replacing the bottom seal. The work was started and finished within a reasonable time. Great service

On my way out the door, I just so happened to see the company van parked across the street and initially expected to ask the young man a few questions about access issues, then set up an appointment for a later date. To my surprise, he was able to resolve the issues in less than 15 minutes tops. Will definitely look to this company for any future repairs or replacements.

Five freaking stars, man. Mr. Kevin explained what may be going on with our persnickety garage door almost as soon as he got here. He was clear and to the point, which inspired a great deal of confidence. Fifteen minutes after he got here, the repair was completed AND cheaper than expected due to him mentioning offered discounts. Ten out of ten, will definently call these guys again.

My technician was Tom and the service was amazing. Tom recognized the issue immediately upon looking at the garage, this gave me a good feeling and I felt comfortable that he knew what he was doing.
