He replaced the old 50 year old motor and installed an upgrade. He worked clean and he communicated clearly all the issues with solutions. Fantastic people skills. Caleb showed up on time checked everything and diagnosed the issue almost immediately!! He was very professional and most qualified to handle our issue! Was very tentative to my questions and made sure he didn’t leave until everything was working properly and he had cleaned everything up! He’s also lubed the other door. I put a maintenance order in for my garage door with my landlord, the first guy that came out was dressed in regular street clothes, looked at both sides of the garage door, looked at the cable that was broken, and then he left. A little on down the road Caleb shows up from Blue Jays and he handles the business! 25 minutes tops my garage door was working and I had a new garage key fob.
